DO NOT GO HERE! These guys will take you for everything they can and sell you junk. I purchased a vehicle there in Nov 14 for $9K. By Jan 15 the car was dead. I called them for some type of resolve (even a used car should run for more than 2 months) but they told me too bad. I could bring it in and they would give me a quote to fix it, but they wouldnt take any responsibility for it. This car has had nothing but problems, and when I say problems, I mean MAJOR problems. Im already out of pocket over $4K, almost half of what I paid for it. SCAM ARTISTS!!!! Basically they sell junk, know its junk and dont disclose any of the problems the vehicle has. Run..... In response to Ed: What a crock of crap!! Your FIRST LIE is that the car was in beautiful condition, the brakes were bad and you didnt disclose this to us. Your guarantee was for 30 day, understandable when you are selling a lemon. Your SECOND LIE is that the car was inspected by MY mechanic and it was OKd. If this car was inspected it was done by one of your employees, we never took it ANYWHERE nor did we have someone come in to inspect. Your THIRD LIE is that it was three months later, it was two. Also you did not tell me that you would take a look at it, you asked me "what he did to it? and that you would be more than happy to GIVE ME A QUOTE! to fix it"!! Your FOURTH LIE is that we were offered an extended warranty. We were not offered an extended warranty unless you snuck something into the paperwork that I blindly signed and if so shame on me. Your FIFTH and MOST DISGUSTING LIE is that my son abused this car. You can take your VIN pulled records and shove them. My son knows how to change his own oil, and it has been changed not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES since we purchased it. He took the car to a shop and the brakes were replaced. Any parent who has a child with a first car, especially a boy, knows that this is their baby. My son takes exceptional care of this car! If you truly did pull a VIN report you would see that this car has had EXTENSIVE work done to it. In the 7 months, yes I said only 7 months that we have owned this car, it has been in the shop for substantial repair work. After the 2nd month it had to have the electrical work in the amount of $1500, this DOES NOT result from abuse. Then a month later the check engine light came on, catalytic converter and new oxygen sensors needed $800 AGAIN NOT FROM ABUSE! And most recently the transmission shot! $5000!!! So for a car that was purchased at $8995, that was driven LESS THAN 10K miles, we have had to put in another $7,300 due to shoddy business from con-artist. Your FINAL LIE is that this is 100% on me and my son. You sold us crap, you knew you sold us crap. You are shaddy and unjust and I will tell every single person I meet until the day I die that your business is CRAP!

describe my experience: BEWARE... well i would like to say they have good intentions to deceive their buyers,by putting band aids, in the many forms on the vehicles they sell: exhaust patching,replacing seals without replacing fluids,and just out right refusing to fix an item after being given 2 written estimates from a very reputable garage, also being told they could call and speak to the mechanic as to what needed to be replaced, all this was done within 2 weeks of purchasing a vehicle from this dealer(WELL WITHIN MY LIMITED 30 DAY DRIVE TRAIN WARRANTY) ...BUYERS BEWARE .... have any vehicle you may wish to purchase from them checked by your own trusted mechanic,also to verify any work central auto group has claimed to have done for your vehicle but most of all take it to your trusted garage before you buy anything from them... my first clue should have been when i got home from purchasing a vehicle and it was 2 quarts low on oil...remember he sells these cars to his neighbors kids...so i guess he must not care for their safety too much ?????selling a vehicle with a leaking steering rack is a major safety issue (remember you are talking about the product not the sweet talking)

I just got my car serviced for the second time at Central Auto Group, service was amazing! They got me in quickly and was able to accommodate my schedule (which is not easy, trust me). Did excellent work, (and I am very picky b/c my car is my baby) they replaced my clutch, and throw out bearing, fixed my lights, replaced my brakes, rebuilt my caliber, fixed my exhaust, and went above and beyond and even touched up a few other little things they saw just to be nice. Jesse was a great mechanic and Nick and was super helpful. Will definitely be bringing my car back here next time I need something. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be buying my next car off them! I respect and appreciate great work and people who take pride in their work and will personally vouch for them, anyone can contact me if they are unsure! A+ in my book!

Great place to buy a used vehicle and they have a huge selection of vehicles to choose from... In the summer of 2011 I purchased a 2001 B5 Volkswagen Passat V6, 98,000miles with 5-speed manual trans.. Its the best vehicle I have ever owned, as of October 18 2016 I still own this vehicle, Its my daily driver.. The owner and his son were very nice and I will be buying another used car within a year or 2 from them... When I purchased the vehicle it came with a 30 day warranty and I had to bring it back to get the AC (air condition) refilled with Freon and 1 oxygen sensor replaced, they immediately fixed my car the same day..

This place is the real deal. I have a son who just got his license and didnt want to get him an nicer newer car so i shopped around and stopped by here. They were the most confident they could get me a good interest rate on a older car and they were right. I like how friendly they were and not pushy from the start like other dealers were. They proved it my son picked the car he fell in love with and they got the loan approved at a low interest rate.. He loves the car so i love the car and am very happy i ended up here. 2009 Honda Accord EX.

My buying experience with Central Auto Group was excellent. Most of the credit goes to the Sales Team and the Finance Team who were not only pleasant to deal with, but also helpful, fair, and honest. Everything they said they would do, they did. A special thanks goes to Chris G. in VW Sales, who even followed up with my Insurance Company the next day and called me to let me know he was doing so. Finally,I drove a few hours in each direction to make this purchase and would do it again!!
