I had been looking to buy a used truck for several months and had been dealing with the typical dealer high pressure tactics. A friend referred me to Novak, as he had previously bought from their Long Island location. I called and met with Joel at the dealer and instantly could tell this was not the typical used car, high pressure dealer. I drove a little over one hour each way to visit the dealer. Joel was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested and willing to answer any question I had. After asking about one small scratch on the side, Joel said they had likely already tried to buff it out before it came on the lot, but while he couldnt promise it could be removed he said he would try. Joel and finance manager Jeff, worked me through the purchasing and financing process so that I understood every part of every expense. It was refreshing to not have a salesperson slap a piece of paper in front of you with some random payment amount and ask "how does that sound." Instead they were 100% upfront with the total vehicle cost, no hidden fees, and no games. I bought the truck that same day. I was unable to pick it up until three days later, later in the evening, and Joel even stayed two hours after he said he normally leaves to be at the dealer when I arrived to pick it up! They also even removed the scratch on the side I had previously mentioned too! Needless to say I would highly recommend Novak and Joel!

Quick and Easy. I stopped on the way home from the holidays as they had cheaper pricing than my area in DC. The overall sales experience was great; they were able to let me quickly evaluate and test drive the cars I was interested in with a no problem attitude. They honored the internet price with no negotiation. The loan application process was quick and straight forward and I opted for the warranty (normally I dont). They could also accept a personal check and credit card for down payment. I never felt pressured into a a vehicle and overall I thought it was a 5 star experience than most dealers Ive been to. My only negative was the car I wanted had a repair from previous warranty issue and noticeably alignment was off. They wanted to fix the issue and I could come back the following week. The only problem is I live far away so that would have be inconvenient. Therefore, I went with the same model in another car. Overall, I would say a 4.5 star experience. Huge Plus is that being in New Jersey that they could get tags for my vehicle in Maryland. Still waiting for them.

Picked up my new vehicle this past weekend and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. The whole experience could not have been easier. Dan Wolf is excellent to work with and kept me informed throughout the process. Dan answered all of my questions (and there were a lot of them) by email before I even made the trip out to the dealership. At no time did I feel pressured to buy, which was a pleasant surprise from past trips to other dealerships. All that was left was to head out to the dealership for a test drive. Once I decided on the vehicle, the cost was exactly what Dan quoted me … No hidden fees or surprise charges! Looking forward to enjoying the new vehicle for years to come and will keep Novak in mind for future purchases. It truly was a pleasure doing business with the entire Novak team.

I am very happy with both my new Audi and the price. Truly great value with some of the best deals and best cars around. Joel Lambert was a gentleman and very knowledgeable, very down to earth and honest. If he wasnt sure of something, he found the answer. I loved that there was no pressure to buy anything yet willing to go above and beyond to see and test drive cars and deliver the product you were looking for. Thanks to Jeff Cramer for his patience in discussing our settle price on the car as well as the time when signing all the final documents when picking up the car. It was a pleasure to meet David Clappison who was very patient answering ALL of my questions and very knowledgeable and very accommodating.

I sent a request to Novak Motors looking for a used Grand Cherokee with the Factory Towing option. Eventually Joel Lambert replied when 3 were available. Due to work demands I was only able to visit Novak when only a 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland was available. Joel Lambert met me and in short time I was out for a test drive. On the drive Joel started to explain all the features in the Overland. He was attentive to all my questions and in short time a deal was struck. The buying experience was seamless. After my purchase Joel continued to contact me to see if I had any concerns or further questions. All in all my experience with Novak Motors was excellent and I would highly recommend them to others. Negative 5 Stars...A very BAD EXPERIENCE ***WARNING***To All New Jersey Car Buyers: Use extreme caution when dealing with KEVIN BORDEN (Sales) LUIS SARMIENTO and TONY CHANDLER (sales mangers). Like most car dealers they are not honest and do not honor the deals they make. They will not receive another dollar or referrals from me. We referred 2 customer within 1 year. Both bought cars. They are the last 2 !! The way they conduct business is petty and they should be embarrassed. ( In order to post a review you have to click on at least 1 star...otherwise I would give them negative 5 stars.) This is MY opinion based on MY experience with Novak Motors Lebanon, NJ Sean S. They have cars in very good condition, and the reason why is because they are lease returned vehicles, these cars have had (most of the times) a very kind and responsible use through the leasing time period. On the other hand the staff will make you feel relaxed, they are very patients, I was able to communicate with them nicely even with my poor English skills. Wesley Paige was my sales consultant, He was clear about the involved costs of the sale as well as explaining the different options on the selected cars, He did also allow us to test drive the cars we choose. You wont be disappointed, from our location it was a 1 hour trip, but totally worth it.

What an incredible experience I had here. Ive had two previous vehicles and neither of those experiences compared. Kevin Borden in Sales is who I primarily worked with to get my vehicle but it was really a team effort. I went there with an idea of what I wanted and they were able to help me determine exactly what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. Last night I drove my new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee home in teara because I was so happy, being a Jeep owner has been a dream of mine for ages and this wouldnt have been possible without Kevin Borden. It was a real pleasure meeting and working with the staff at Novak Motors.

Very disappointing! Was ready to purchase a vehicle and trade. Took my keys, took my car and gave it to the service tech who put it on a lift (which I wasnt aware of). Tony came back informing us my vehicle had a transmission leak which therefore lowered my trade in value. Funny because my vehicle never leaked a drop of fluid until I came home that night. Coincidence??? I think not! Will not refer or return to this establishment EVER again. Only reason it received 1 star is because its the only way you can post a review. BEWARE dont go or dont let them take your car without you being with them.
