Maybe I should have done my research prior to using this dealership and my hopes from this review are that you will learn from my experience and that this dealership will reevaluate the way they conduct business. I decided on this dealerships because my local shop did not have Nissan tools to to access the engine and address the codes from the check engine light. I made an appointment for 8 AM and upon dropping my car off was told that the service team starts at 11:00. I felt a pit in my stomach and explained to the employee that I live over an hr away and needed to have my car to return home by 5PM. I was told not to worry and went on with my day. I called to check on my car at 1:40 and was told by the service manager Joe "we will look at it soon and call you within the hour." Before I could finish my sentence about needing my car to get home, I was abruptly cut off and told to "relax". I received a call from Joe the service manager informing me all of the concerns with my vehicle a half hour after the promised time frame of an hour (3:20). At that point I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and for my troubles Joe offered me a rental so they could perform the work. When I arrived at the dealership Joe took me into the shop speaking to me in an authoritarian tone of why I needed to have the recommended repairs. I choose to only have the required maintenance which I could not preform myself and was told my car would be ready the following day. The rental I received a 2014 Altima had several other drivers’ information which was left in the car containing private information such as name, date of birth, address, insurance info. The car also had another major concern, the floor mats which were in the vehicle were not the mats intended for the vehicle and they were slide easily why pressure was placed on them with your foot. The Altima has two locks for the correct mats to prevent this and these generic mats were not the correct ones which is a major safety issue. I bring this up because I banged my knee on the steering wheel pretty hard. When I returned the following day to pick up my vehicle I was shocked at the amount being charged. I told the cashier who was maybe sixteen years old that the charges were not correct. Bill a covering manager came over and stated, “the policy is you need to pay since we did the work .“ I asked “Are you telling me I cannot leave?” He replied by saying that’s the policy. I did not have 900 dollars on me and nobody could seem to come up with a solution other then you pay and that’s it. First and foremost I was not expecting this amount and this type of policy was new to me. While I paced the halls for twenty minutes, no one and I mean no one including the managers whom knew what was going on attempted to do or say anything. These men choose to turn their heads and goof around while I stood agitated and upset, pleading to the cashier. This dealership is completely the opposite of what they claim "our business is you" I was feeling anxious and overwhelmed and called a friend to have money transferred into my account to cover the costs. I had several more issues to address with the staff such as why there was no soap in the mens bathroom and if there was none for me then these guys shaking your hand are doing so with dirty hands folks! Shortly aft r leaving the parking lot (3mins) I looked over my car to find my eye glasses laying on the passenger seat out of their case and bent, when they were in their respective case in the glove box prior to service. I was really upset at this point and pulled into the Wawa parking lot to conduct an inspection of my vehicle finding a huge 12" scratch on my bumper. I would never rather purchase a car from Satan himself at the gates of hell, then buy one from one these tools and have to return for service.

See Full Review, will be posting updates (1 star) I inquired about a car twice. I asked for the CarFax in both occasions. They decided not to contact me, post the carfax and raise the price from 6,193$ to 7,999$, almost 2000$ a 33% increase on the price. They really know how to sell a car, eh? Edit: (1 Star) Oh its THIS place. I went a LONG time ago to test drive a Nissan Juke and the person who helped me, a few months can destroy an irrelevant name, was really aggressive into putting me in a car. It was really uncomfortable and didnt respect that I was new to car buying. Bad place, takes advantage, really annoying. Edit: (Added 1.5 stars, now 2.5 stars.) They finally use my current email after admitting they were using my email I gave when I first visited them and appologised. They said the man who worked with me was Jef(f?). And come to think of it, I was in a fit of rage last night and was harsh towards the guy, he was doing his job; pushy for me to buy the car, but hey, hes a car salesman. At least hes not the VW dealer down the street. They told me the cars price increase was due to modifications they made and carfax was not initially available because the car is new? Which, according to my mom (whos 50-50) is a lie, as shes stated its been there for over a month. Price is still almost 8k, not willing to buy it right now... Final Edit: (Removed 1 star, now 1.5 stars.) They continued raising the price. Obviously do not want a sale from me. Never contacted me back after their initial email.

I went to Peruzzi looking for a pre owned Sentra. They didnt have a whole lot, which was fine. Luckily for me, they had a great one that got traded in several days earlier not even on the lot yet. The first thing that was off was that they never gave a solid price of the vehicle. They asked what my range was of course told me it was the highest number possible but based on my research was still reasonable. Our salesman was nice. The poor guy was only on a job a few months and leaned on the business manager alot for help, but I didnt care, he had to learn somehow. They were pleasant. I work at a dealership, but I work for service so my work helped alot with the sale. When it came time to deliver the car we waited probably about a half hour even though they were expecting us and the finance manager was terrible. It was like he had zero people skills. They all knew where I worked from the credit app, that was not a way to do business. That type of behavior would not be allowed at my work. Finance people are legally obligated to try to sell you a bunch of stuff at time of sale. He did not. NOT EVEN GAP INSURANCE. He did not review the contract or buyers order, just told me where to sign. Also made me sign waivers, waving rights of a bunch of stuff. He was totally rude, when he spoke at all and ruined the entire experience. I did get a HANDWRITTEN thank you card a few weeks late from the salesman, a nice touch.
