From the moment I walked in the door the experience has been wonderful. I came Classic Cars Nissan to get my 2013 Sentra serviced. I was new to the area and found them online. I had some issues involving the Sentra and wanted to know if I could trade it in for something else. Thats when I met Crystal. We hit it off right away. Crystal listened to my concerns regarding the Sentra and wanted to know what I wanted. I previously had a 2007 Versa Hatchback and figured Id take a look at another one but I was open to seeing other cars. Crystal didnt try to talk me into choosing a car SHE felt I needed. There wasnt any sales pitch or pressure. I understood her job is to sell cars but not once did she make me feel like thats all she cared about. Her focus was on me and it didnt matter how long it took. She wanted to make sure I was happy when I left the dealership. We looked at a couple of cars but nothing spoke to me. Then she showed me a silver 2014 Versa Sedan. And I fell in love. That car felt right. Perfect for me. We went on a test drive and I knew that car was the one for me. Back at the dealership, while I waited for the paperwork to be done, I kept a smile on my face. I knew I made the right decision. I asked Crystal to help me name my new car and together we chose Foxxi. When I walked into Classic Cars Nissan I wasnt happy. I drove off with Foxxi and I havent stopped smiling. Now for the service dept. There was a time where I just hated getting my car serviced. It was an all day experience no matter what I was getting done. A simple oil change would take several hours. It was time for my Sentra to get an oil change. I looked online and found Classic Cars Nissan. I made an appointment. I will admit if it werent for the fact the Sentra was new, I wouldve gone some place else (going to the dealer left a bad taste in my mouth). So I get to Classic Cars, check in and Im told to have a seat. I get settled in for what I figured would be a couple of hours. Less than 30 mins later I was done. Larry and the rest of the staff make me feel like family. When I call and give my name, there isnt a need for me to give info about my car because they pull it up as we are talking. When making an appointment, Im told a time frame to have the work done and for the most part its usually completed in less time. Im also given a quote for what the work will cost. There are no hidden surprises when its time to pay. Heres the part I love. When I come in for service of any kind, I check in and told to have a seat. Once a diagnosis is made (if its not an oil change), Larry will come into waiting area to talk to me. Let me know whats going on and what needs to be done and how much longer it will be. Theres no yelling out the last name of somebody and be told to come to the desk. THEY COME TO YOU!!! Once the work has been completed, Larry comes and lets me know Im all done. Then walks me over to the cashier. Answers any questions I may have and ALWAYS thanks me for coming. I leave a very happy customer everytime. When it comes time for me to buy another car, I will be coming back to Classic Cars Nissan. They have a loyal customer in me!

Fake, Liars and worst sales people. Don’t waste your time!!! Check the Yelp review as well.. I visited this dealership on 07/16/2016 for pre-owned Nissan Pathfinder 2013. Before my visit in the morning I got call from sales person confirming my appointment. I asked if the inventory is still available. He checked my requirement again and said all the 2013 Pathfinders have a Nissan recall and they can’t sell these but they have 2014 and 2015 inventories that might work for me. I said I will not be interested because these might be over my budget. He said we have manager special and we can work on the price. As he insisted I visited dealership as per plan. On visit he told the same thing that they can’t sell 2013 Pathfinders but you can lease new pathfinder. I said show me the pre-owned inventories that we talked about I am not interested in a new car or lease. He called his manager (Eric) and he started with the same recall thing. Common… how my times you need to say this I have understood this. He asked me about more options (Altima, Murano etc..) leasing a new 2015 pathfinder etc.. I have made myself very clear I am only interested in Pathfinder SL or Platinum so just show me the 2014 inventories which are somewhere near to my budget. They come up with ONLY ONE 2014 Pathfinder which had a price difference of $$$ 5500. I said this is too much of difference from 2013 model to 2014, then the junior salesman started explaining me about internet pricing I am seeing for 2013 is not true it has multiple discounts (Military Personal, Nissan Trade in etc… and I don’t qualify for these). I said Ok, I need to trade in my Honda Accord so let’s see how much I have to pay for this 2014 pathfinder, they took the keys of my Accord and Eric (Manager) started taking other details and meanwhile keeps on checking for leasing a new Car other models that fits my budget which was quite irritating. Finally he said let me pull the 2014 Pathfinder for test drive and he left us on his desk we waited for another 15-20 minutes and then a new Sales manager (I think his name was Michael ) came to us. First thing he asked when can we visit again. I am sorry we can’t not pull the car for test drive it is late, everyone is in hurry to leave etc.. (It was 5:00 PM still 1 hours left to close the business, We reached around 4:10 PM) I asked ok what happened to the valuation of my car, he said, call me on weekday I will tell you. I am wondering how they have 4 start reviews on Google, I think I should have gone by their Yelp reviews which also seems higher as per their service. All three salesmen I meet were crap.

It all starts with Frank Tomas at Classic Cars Nissan who is the initial contact liaison. A tremendously friendly gentleman whose genuine demeanor and pleasant voice are a perfect combination for inviting business. We eventually showed up at the dealership and were greeted by a friendly staff that connected us to our salesman Sean. This gentleman is the perfect fit for anyone who appreciates a completely straight forward approach with no nonsense. Seans personality and mine clicked immediately. Great sense of humor and a great work ethic. I was looking for a specific 2015 Arctic Blue Murano that was VERY difficult to find (amazing car and the best I have ever owned). Sean tirelessly searched for my car and after almost 12 dealerships later found my car. Great job Sean! The day I had to come sign the paperwork was a whirlwind of activity because I had a prior engagement and was tremendously pressed for time. The staff at Classic Cars Nissan could not have been more accommodating. Sean completed his portion of the paperwork extremely fast. I was then given to Mike the finance guy, who was extremely nice and also could not have been more accommodating of my rushed situation. He found me the best APR for the finance of my BEAUTIFUL Murano and did it all with a pleasant smile and electric efficiency. I left the dealership in amazing time with an amazing vehicle. Cant say enough good things about this car or Classic Cars Nissan. Thanks so much Frank. Thank you Mike the finance guy (good luck to your granddaughter, the up and coming archer). Special BIG thank you to Sean (was great meeting you). FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE from start to finish at Classic Cars Nissan. Ask for Sean!! Sincerely - Colin C.
