ABORT... I REPEAT, ABORT MISSION. Whatever you do, do not at any chance give this dealership the opportunity to scheme you. Yes SCHEME. They are all crooks, down to the owner. They has their own little inside thing where they are in communication with each other when a buyer is in a process of buying a car from them. You most likely will walking out of there more disappointed than the person you were walking in without a car. They limit your choices on which car they want to sell you. I went there to buy my in need and desperate girlfriend a car, and they ended up selling her a car she didnt wanting from the jump. Telling her that her credit was too low(600+) for the car she want and that they had a recommendation that she can exchange in few months for the car she want. Turns out, the onwer told her shes stuck with it and they cant do nothing about it and he didnt know why the salesman told her so. The 2007 Mercury they sold her check engine light came on the same week of purchase, in two weeks car started jerking very heavy when coming to a stop.. come to find out it had transmissions out burst. They had her do turn around for many days calling out of her job. Their mechanic shop is in on it too. They let her drive it off the lot with a missing messed up drive belt which would make noise when she start the car, their mechanic didnt fix that until a week later if constant calling a going there. And the tire air pressure constantly keep loosing air within a month. Talk about Lemon right? Well thats most of their cars. The list goes on. Buy any you looking for a reliable car at a good rate, not say you might not get it... but the chance with them is very high because they all about business and NOT customers satisfaction. Dont believe me.... look below and weigh the negative reviews with the positives. And car dealerships should not have this much negative reviews from the customers. Oh and not told mention if you have a problem with how they do business there they will threaten to kick you out.

My son is looking for his first car. We went to Fairless Motors on Sept. 22, 2014 and found that theyre name fits them perfectly. We filled out a shotty, totally unprofessional "credit application". Before we gave DAN the paper, my son asked him what the price was for the car. DAN said, "Oh, we can look that up." He took the paper but acted like he was getting the car information. So he was typing a little too much and my son asked DAN again to give him the price of the car. He said, "Getting it for you." Next thing we know DAN is going over my sons credit entries - still not having given him the price of the car! So I asked DAN, "You ran his credit without even giving him the price of the car??!!" DAN acted like he forgot and acted like he was looking in his computer for it. Then he says its so new that its not in the system. So DAN went outside, looked at the car, came back in, talked to another man and then came to us with his ridiculous price. So now my son has a credit entry that will lower his credit score, all because of DAN. Had DAN told us the price up front, we would not have gone any further with him. Of course we left and will tell everybody we know to NEVER go to Fairless Motors!!! Their practices are deceitful and unfair, especially to young people just starting out.

Do NOT purchase from this dealership, these guys are real crooks. I bought a car from them and problems just kept coming day by day. I came in to the dealership and the owner by the name Don showed me the car (it was a nissan altima) and he said that he just changed the breaks on the car, and modified all other stuff. I bought the car and one I got home the car started making insane noice on turning the wheel. I took a car to local auto shop and they saud that the car has an issue with the roking pinion basicly the front shift that holds two front wheels. Making the matters worse in 24 hours the check engine light came on. I now took the car to nissan to check it and I was presented with close to $2K bill for all the repairs if I poroceed. I decided to take the car to the delership as and claim this to be done a warranty that they told me is included. I came in and funny how that warranty just stopped to be existant. Owner did not even want to talk to me or take the car back. I ended up going back and paying for the repairs myself. Do your self a favor, there are so many car delers around, do NOT go with these people, they will ripp you off and sell you a lemon of a car.

I definitely will be recommending all of my close friends and family to this place! In the past, Ive been to a number of dealerships who turned me away for some of the dumbest reasons, but I was given a chance here. JB seen how dangerous my 98 Honda Accord was to drive (gear stick kept locking, rejection sticker, brake light issues, the list goes goes on) and then promised to get me into a new car by the end of my visit. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and kept me from becoming discouraged. Just as he promised, my car loan was bought out and car traded in for a 2011 Nissan Rogue and I am totally in love with it. My monthly payments are reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place for those trying to build their credit as well, mostly because the staff will give you advice on how to build and increase your FICO score. Overall I rate this Fairless Motors 5 stars because of the high sense of professionalism from the entire staff, the positive and friendly attitudes, their determination to get you into what you want, and their yearning for wanting to help others rebuild their credit!

I had a very bad experience with these people. They sold a Honda Pilot to me with a broken oil dip stick and a cracked light bulb. I didnt notice till I took the car home, when I went back and told them the guy was brave to tell me the light broke while I was driving. Secondly, when I took my car for the first time to do oil change at Jiffy Lube, the technician noticed that the dip stick was not there and was broken. So I took the car back to fairless Hills motor for them to replace the dip stick because the dealership was charging 500.The guy said it was not their fault. In fact the fault came from me and Jiffy lube.So I asked him to speak to the manager and he was very arrogant telling me all the employees were on vacation and he was the only person working there that day and I needed to get out. What a bad business practice.I hope never to buy car from fairless Hills.

I really cant say enough wonderful things about the folks at Fairless Motors. Mostly I was working with Anthony and Christine (I hope I spelled her name correctly). As a first time car-buyer, I came in pretty anxious having heard horror stories about 8 hour trips to other dealerships and poor investments. The people at Fairless were so welcoming and honest and straightforward with me. I have told many people about the deal I got on my ALMOST new car and everyone has been super impressed. To say it was fair is an understatement. They really worked with me to make it work. I went there after work, around 5:30pm, and drove home that evening in my new car. I got a great car, a great rate, and continue to get great customer service.
