Upon doing a ton of research on where to get my next car, with time and a lot of research, I learned that J&S Autohaus markets their cars lower than every other dealership in the tri-state area. Within less than 24 hours I hastily received a phone call & email, for the car I was inquiring about. Every car I researched was in stock and each car I was looking at showed the best price on the Internet for the given model and features. I was able to test drive any car I desired to inquire more info on and I found that the customer service was excellent! I dealt with Alex and he was the sweetest, most patient, and honest salesman Ive ever dealt with. Whenever I contacted him to gather more info about a car, he responded within minutes, which was highly appreciated! I was never pressured once and his bubbly personality made buying a car a lot of fun! Whether or not you are an experienced car buyer I recommend that you go to J&S Autohaus because youre guaranteed to get the best deal for the value of the car. This is a no BS dealership full of a straightforward people who want to help you get into a car that looks and feels brand new.

I live in Maryland and wanted to buy a car from this dealership. They had an amazing price on a VW Jetta GLI. I called to contact Khader to get the extra $300 off per internet special price from Autotrader. However I got Eli the sales manager. So... Eli was great with setting up my buyers order and as prompt as you could ask someone to be. I got the approval from my bank for the aforementioned vehicle. I told Eli I would not be able to make it down immediately because I live so far away, but that I could be there the following Saturday - which would have been approximately seven days. He said he couldnt hold a car for one week, even though I was already approved. Personally, I have never met a salesman that was not be willing to work with me after approval. I call him a couple of days later and he tells me that he sold the car. It rubbed me the wrong way that they would not hold a car my bank specifically approved me for. So for J&S my gift to you is this one star.

Alex was great! I had an extremely easy time buying the car from him. I would recommend him with 4 stars!! The only issue was the financing included a warranty that I didnt ask for. It was added without asking if I wanted the extra charge. I noticed the extra amount later when reviewing my contract. I called to remove and was first told that my financing would be impacted and then told that my APR would change. When I called their bluff said remove anyway I would get other financing or accept the increase in APR since it was still cheaper in the long run, I was told my financing would be fine and my APR would not change. Still waiting to see if the charge is, in fact, removed. Unfortunately, because this was added without my knowledge at the time of signing the contract, my monthly payment will likely not decrease. Watch your contract!!!

From the start the experience was far from professional. I overlooked the bad salesmanship and fell in love with the Subaru and signed the papers.I was assured that the car was well taken care of. 2 Hrs later the car was on the side of the road smoking and inoperable. I called the dealership and was told everything would be fine and to simply drive it back in and they would fix it all. The car had almost NO OIL in it and EXTREMELY low coolant. The next day I told the dealership that I would not be keeping the car. I had to call them all day to get any sort of confirmation/receipt of the return. They had no idea what condition that car was in when they sold it and assured me it was near perfect. Not upfront, not professional, and not good at providing paperwork even when asked.

FRAUDULENT DEALER. Sells cars with 1 accident reported and then claims that it was just a fender bender and the bumper was replaced... Only later to figure out that the car had extensive rear frame damage. Sack of s*** move, and also a highly illegal move to sell someone a car without disclosing that info to them. Obviously I wouldnt have bought a frame damage vehicle due to it being worth less than half of what a normal used car would be. If you want to purchase frame damage vehicle at a no frame damage price and risk your life driving that vehicle, then go right ahead and shop at this dealer.

The perfect car buying experience! I told them exactly what I was looking for and they have me several affordable options. What I liked most was that they treated us like family. I brought my toddler with me and everyone was so excited to see her! Just like they have known each other their entire lives! They gave us their best price and had wonderful customer service! I know that I will come back to see them every time I need a new car!! I wish I knew that car buying could be this easy years ago!

Bought 3 cars here. 2 were good. 1 was a lemon. All were from the Ewing location. However, upon finding out about the mechanical issues I was having with my Audi A4, Abe from Mount Holly location, went out of his way to rectify the situation. He contacted me personally and replaced the failing parts at no cost to me, and now my car is running great. Their customer service is superb and they go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy.

Worked with Eli, he did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Straight up and fair negotiations for an attractive price on both the trade in value and the purchase price. Excellent communication from start to finish. A few issues as we went through the process, but all were handled quickly and efficiently and the car was delivered ahead of schedule. Great job, Ill definitely get with Eli when Im ready to re-up!

Shady dealership, dont trust. Went to this place and they showed me a car and said "Im getting a great deal" for around $13,000. Go home and look on AutoTrader and the same exact car is listed for $10,995. Dealer also stated that the carfax "is down and cant pull up carfax" and it was never in an accident, I pulled up the carfax myself and found the car had two accidents and mileage inconsistancy.

I picked up a beautiful pre-owned luxury car from this location. They allowed me to bring the car to my mechanic to get inspected. The car was in like new condition. I also got a price much lower then anywhere else in the area. The buying process was smooth. Alex was my sales rep.
