Called to ask for a Kanger SSOCC Nichrome Atomizer head and didnt get an answer. I informed the employee of the full name of the product, a description of what it looks like, and specification details to help guide their search and see if they carry the product. Instead of looking for the product, I got told that they have "like 20 coils that all look alike" and that I have to go to the shop to look and see if they have it, even though he told me that they were right in front of him. When I asked the price he said that they range somewhere between $7.99 and $11.99 depending on which one I pick. What a ripoff!!! Thats twice what I would pay at another local smoke shop. This call left a very bad taste in my mouth. I definitely wont be coming here to do business.

The Owner sold me a knockoff ego c twist with a voltage range of 3.2 to 4.8.....the first time I used it at 3.6 (the next mark up) the battery popped in my face and started smoking from inside around the power button and got extremely hot then just died after it smoked for about 60 seconds. Very dangerous and just overall poor business practice......He is lucky I wasnt injured.
