They had all the furniture I wanted and worked with me on the price after i had to leave several times to get it at a good price. However, they messed up my order when I moved into to my place 2 weeks later. So the furniture is sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks and they didnt realize it was wrong! Then I had to wait another month for my chest to my bedroom set! They apologize and give me a free nightstand... but than I have to put the damn knobs on myself! Plus they leave all the boxes in front of my property all over the place!

The service was top of the line at the rising sun location. My sales person Daisy and manager Andy took care of all my needs and worked with me to satisfy my wants. They delivery brothers were awesome also! My delivery was to come between 10-1 and they got there by 11. A piece was missing from my bedroom set and one brother stayed behind to receive the missing piece and install it. The other two went ahead to do more deliveries so others wouldnt have to wait. I would give them 10 stars if I could

I bought a recliner set from Jerusalem Furniture on Rising Sun and that living room set is ripping off from everywhere after two weeks later they denied to help they giving me so much attitude but before they said its cover for 6 months please dont buy anything from them its not just me I know a lot of people that happened to them also
