Awful furniture. I purchased a $1700 marble dining room table set. Less than 6 months later, peices of marble started to peel and chip off the table. I have never seen marble do this. When I called customer service, they sent some ghetto dude that refused to acknowledge the table had cracks...when when he did, he blamed it on my then 1 year old child. He said all he could do was put some putty on it. The putty is uneven and doesnt even match the color of my table! The cracks were around the manufactured marble squares. The marble is manufactured...not natural. No one in my house did this. The table simply started falling apart. I know this was a manufacturing issue..but they blame the customer. After going back and fourth with customer service for several weeks, they refused to replace the table...so now i am stuck with an expensive cracking table...that i cant even give away. Bad business all the way around. This place sells fake marble, but they call it real. Then, they refuse to replace defective furniture. They use every excuse possible to get out of replacing furniture. I will never spend a dime here again. I can buy shotty furniture for a lot cheaper somewhere else.

The positives to this store are Mike Qeisi. Ive purchased furniture with him twice and he could not be more helpful and kind. Unfortunately, Ive had a very bad experience with everyone else in the store. The problem is with the delivery. Via telephone and/or ordering the items I want through a neighboring store, I was very clearly told on several occasions that I could have a delivery made within 3 days. When I expressed this to the people at the Columbus Blvd. store, they continually tell me I am wrong, (in a very rude and condescending manner) and everyone else that I have spoken to has no idea what they are talking about. Part of me really wants to cancel the order and reorder from another store it so I can get my living room furniture ASAP instead of waiting two weeks. But, because Mike is so nice, I did not want him to lose the sale as I am sure he works on commission. Unfortunately for Mike Q, this will be my last purchase with this store entirely because of how terribly rude the remainder of the employees are to deal with. Too bad, because I just bought a big house that needs furnishing.

Less than a month! In less than a month I found rips in couches and pillows missing upon arrival. Personal removal service cause, R&F do not take old furniture away, notices pillows missing on one of couch sets. Immediately call and they tell me to pick up in 2 weeks-already knowing Im disabled. I say how will I know if they are the right ones? The store says they dont open any merchandise cause it comes from Jersey, but my boxes were open when I picked them up, and with a SLIT on the pillow. I explain to have them delivered to me, for I cannot make it to store-again cause Im disabled, and Jersey inventory wearhouse calls me and says that they are at Columbus BLVD. ready for pick up!!! For the price, for the inconvenience, I rather go to a lower budget furniture store. For this place is 100% definitely not worth it. Leave a remark and a # and Ill be more than happy to share my experience. AND I BEEN DEALING WITH R&F FOR OVER 21 YEARS. NEVER AGAIN IN SOUTH PHILLY!!!!!

I went in during Memorial Day weekend to purchase a new sofa and replace my 20+ outdated one. The service was great! I spend several hours in the showroom testing sofas until I found the best one with the desired firmness and fabric that I wanted. I settled for a lovely light blue color and bought an accent chair also to have a set. Delivery was phenomenal! The crew came in 3 days around 11:30am even though I was sixth on their schedule. They were in and out within minutes and set up was a breeze for them. I absolutely love my new furniture and it really brightens up my living room. I may buy a new coffee table in the near future and would not hesitate to order from Raymour & Flanigan again.

Do not purchase your furniture from here. Do not purchase the insurance plan, its worthless. This company doesnt stand by their products or the insurance policies. I will not purchase furniture from this company again and advise you not to. The springs came the couch & the chairs and punctured the fabric. My policy said it covered springs, as well as a host of other things, All lies. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Customer presentation is very great, and he is very friendly and helpful. I have an issue with the Cashiers, when I talked to them, they didnt even look at me and didnt want to talk to me. I felt so uncomfortable with these cashiers.
