If there is any business that deserves a 5-star review, it is this one. The entire process of buying my daughters new bike was fantastic. They went out of their way to make the sale a great experience for her and my experience in getting my wifes Trek bicycle serviced there when I went to pick up the new bike was great as well - service was done in less than 10 minutes and the service person was extremely friendly and helpful. As an example of "above and beyond" from this store, my daughter wanted a pink basket on her new bike, and they only had black and white ones in stock. The salesperson actually went out of his way to go by another one of their stores after work that evening to get the pink basket, and they had it installed on the bike and ready to pick up the next morning. Really great job by their staff!

Last week i went to Trek bicycle in Fort Lauderdale and i am more than satisfied with the service. I met Rene,Jose,Matt and Josh and those guys have a strong sense of customer service and take the time to listen to the clients and give good tips.I am from Quebec (Canada),i have ridden in many places in the world and been to many bike shops as well and Trek bicycle in Fort Lauderdale is by far my best place ever! In addition Josh fixed my annoying squeaking noise that nobody had managed to repair till i met him! Thanks to all of you guys for your warm welcome,generosity and the quick service!

Better experience, but- I have had a long and generally miserable experience with this store. Went today to pick up some small parts and look at new bikes and am happy to say the service and attitude (shout out to Matt and Jose) were vast improvements over times past. However, the selection of bikes, despite appearances was limited. The specific bike I wanted to see (Zector) is not stocked and not in the warehouse. But Trek will gladly sell it to me sight unseen. A one-brand store with limited stock and a sales policy that is nonsense. Some things never change.

Brought my and my wifes Trek bicycles into the shop for a little service and came out with a smile. My mechanic, Willy, explained everything they needed to do to our bicycles, and recommended the lowest price package for our needs. Upon pick up, the gentleman who waited on me was also very friendly and courteous. Not only are our bikes brand-new all over again, were about to take them for a wonderful joy ride down to Miami on this beautiful day. The service I experienced at the Trek Bicycle Store in Fort Lauderdale made me proud to be a Trek owner. Thanks guys!

It seems all trek bike stores are held to a corporate standard to look the same, which is to say very open, clean and modern. this place also doesnt pressure you to death to buy a bike the moment you walk in and touch one, which is what I hate about some bike stores. they did upsell me on a sale model that was a few lines up from what I was looking at, but hey I got an awesome component group and wont have to upgrade for a while. O well my wallet caved! they fitted me to the bike after I purchased it and installed the clipless speedplay pedals I bought too.

I brought my old bike to the store thinking that was needed a new tire for the rear wheel but I was shown that those present were still in good condition and was not necessary buy new one. I am glad to see that there are still honest people who care more about giving a good service rather than looking only to their own interests. Thank you. You are and you will be my favourite bike shop.

Rented bikes here with a friend for a few days. The guys at the shop were very attentive and when we had a serious maintenance issue hours after renting, they had an employee drive out to us (about 15-20 miles away) and fix it. I cant give them five stars because the bikes they gave us were on the older side given the somewhat high prices.
