My wife and I decided that cycling would be a great way to get healthier and have fun at the same time. We didnt know anything about bikes other than we both rode them as kids. From the moment we walked in, the staff was genuinely friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. We bought our bikes (giant sedona dx and giant sedona wsd dx) with Gus, who is a great and very passionate person who listens to your needs to help find the perfect bike for you. Since we bought our bikes a few weeks back, we have been back several times to buy various accessories with Valeria, Debbie, and Glenn. All of which are equally as passionate, friendly, and helpful as can be! Truly outstanding people! My wife and I have also visited their service center to have different parts of the bike adjusted or tweaked to match our needs. Tom and Robert are not only masters of their trade, they are also genuinely great people and love what they do. On my last ride, I had a flat and when I brought the bike in Robert had it fixed before I could finish telling my story lol. Its not often you walk into a store anymore and feel at home. I promise you, at cycle world, you will! Its nice that they invest themselves into their work and their customers. Being greeted by name is something that most people over look but it shows a level of dedication to customer satisfaction that is truly appreciated by my wife and I. Thank you to all the staff of cycleworld for your dedication to excellence! Well see you soon!

I went to Cycle World to purchase my first road bike based on the reviews I saw online and the wide selection they offered. After doing some initial research online and visiting the store once, I settled on my choice. Two of the most important takeaways I got from my online research was to make sure to get a bike that had a good fit and that one of the advantages of buying local would be the advice provided by the local bike shop. This was not my experience with Cycle World. I waited 7 months to post this review from my purchase because I wanted to make sure I was better informed before I passed along this information to the reader. George sold me a Giant Defy 3 size Medium/Large. I have put well over 1200 miles on it since and can say that it is too big. The bike itself is a fantastic entry level road bike that is dependable. The service though leaves a lot to be desired. I asked George several times if the size was ok as I knew this was very important to the overall enjoyment of riding. He assured me it was and looking back it feels like he just wanted to move inventory. As a novice to road bikes and potential longterm customer Cycle World missed an opportunity to build a relationship with me. I did fall in love with cycling and I am looking forward to upgrading to a new bike later this year. I will make sure to take my business elsewhere.

This shop came unanimously recommended by a group cycling enthusiasts at home, who are not easily pleased, so I took their recommendation as a ringing endorsement and paid it a visit when I was in Miami. Its a large, well stocked and spacious family run shop, staffed with genuinely nice and helpful employees, who clearly know their business, and more importantly are serious cyclists themselves. I was refitted for my bike by Donald, who was excellent, and identified a number of issues which had been missed elsewhere. The service in this shop was really quite unbeatable. The fact that I was stuck there under their feet for hours whilst successive taxis failed to return for me or to show up, didnt seem to irritate them; if it did, they didnt show it. I read with some surprise reviews of an inattentive or unhelpful attitude, and of unfriendly owners. That was certainly not my experience. Indeed, the owners went out of their way to help and to make conversation, to the point of personally collecting a needed part from elsewhere, and even, very kindly, telephoning successive taxi companies and ultimately giving me a lift to a local hotel when defeat was admitted on the taxi front. I would strongly recommend this shop, and will return - but with my own transportation!

I had a great experience at this store! I visited several other bicycle shops in Miami and Cycle World stood out with from the rest with their level of customer service, selection, and store layout. Pricing can be debated since everything sold in store can always be found cheaper somewhere online but Cycle Worlds prices were definitely fair. I am always willing to pay a little more for the right service. I work as a Customer Service Manager and was truly impressed with Cycle Worlds experience from start to finish. I was greeted, offered customer service, attended to patiently, provided with good product knowledge, allowed to test ride the bikes, and even assisted with putting my bike in my car. Owen Lee was the person who attended to me and he was awesome. Pros: - Family owned store with great service. - Fair prices. - Great selection of bikes for beginners to pro. - They also sell a bunch of bike related products. - Great Store layout. - In store repair center. - Nice size parking lot to test ride bikes. There is also a nice empty road behind the store if you want to go a little faster. Just leave your ID and Credit Card and they will let you test ride the bikes.

Went a few days to buy myself and my gf a MTB weve never owned bikes before except for when we were kids. The staff was great. Helped us get the best bikes for us and at a great price he let us tested it and answered all our questions. Management was horrible. The bike was "on sale" 30 bucks cheaper at the register the guy told us that it mustve been a typo and that the correct price was more. I was a bit mad but i loved the bike. He told me helmets where half price off. The simplest one was 120$ everything was over priced. I checked oneline. I had to pick my bike up the next day and go riding with somefriends since it wasnt built. They did not call me the next day so i called them at 1 pm and the guy was like yea its been done for hours. When i left i was approached by a kid maybe 15 years old with an old bike and a flat tire asking me for a wrench so he could fix his bike. I told him to go inside and ask to borrow one. He told me they said no and to leave the store. Never will i ever buy from them again. Only reason i give them three stars was because of the young guy that helped us he was A+

A few weeks ago, I took my bike in to get fitted to cycle world. (It was a new bike, I had purchase at another location and felt it was not done proper when it was purchase, do to was suffering some pains in certain areas.) once there they made me an appointment with Robert, who since I arrive to the store the day of the appointment took care of me and my bike issues very professional. He change his lunch time with a co-worker to take care of me (Even dough i was 20 earlier) but after he adjust the bike, the cleats and everything, ridding has been a pleasant experience, he took his sweet time to explain why he was doing every step of the way, and gave me advices and tips to better ride. I would definitely recommend every time any one go in to the store ask for him, he is very experience and knowledgeable person. Thank you for all your help and will recommend this store to every friend i have. Good job, keep it up.
