A cada dia que prossegue facilmente percebemos as mudanças no comportamento humano em todos os aspectos, essas mudanças também são observadas na forma em que os indivíduos escolhem os canais de compras. Cada vez mais as pessoas buscam efetuar suas compras através da internet, por questões de praticidade, comparações instantânea de preços e comodidade. As lojas físicas estão sofrendo bastante com essa nova realidade o que consequentemente tem feito muitos empresários fecharem seus negócios. O mercado americano possui uma postura muito fria na forma de atender seus clientes o que muitas vezes desmotiva o consumidor de finalizar o processo de compra. Se eu entro em uma loja para perguntar alguma coisa, isso significa dizer que poderá haver 1% de chance de que eu compre alguma coisa, quando você é atendido por um profissional que entende seu pensamento e seu desejo, esse vendedor é capaz de tornar esse cliente com 1% de probabilidade de compra em uma venda realizada, esse foi nosso caso. Depois de várias pesquisas na internet essa foi a primeira loja física que visitamos, nós fomos apenas analisar a possibilidade de comprar uma bicicleta para minha esposa, porém a simpatia e interesse que o vendedor teve em atender-nos, satisfez todas as nossas dúvidas de simples iniciantes em ciclismo. No final da história compramos duas bicicletas! Tenho certeza que onde houver vendedores preocupado com seus clientes, sempre haverá uma publicidade positiva e gratuita de seus serviços. Fica aqui meu testemunho de satisfação com atendimento de Alfonso e demais profissionais.

Terrible customer service! Left my bike for some minor repairs overnight and was told it would be ready the next day in the afternoon. Called the next day at 6pm and left my phone on speaker FOR AN HOUR!!! no answer... Decided to drop by because i needed my bike ready for the trails the next day only to find out the bike was untouched over the course of 24 hours and that it needed additional repair which had not been mentioned since the beginning! When i asked for my bike back, they said i could not get it until the FOLLOWING day because it was blocked by other bikes! As i was leaving they even had the nerve to threaten me of throwing my bike out on the street if i failed to pick it up the next day! I will NEVER visit this place again and i would recommend people to stay away especially if you are serious about your biking and cannot afford to let these apes take their sweet time with your bike!

My sprocket was bent. This place is around the corner from my house so i dropped the bike off. I did the tune up, they said they would bend it back in place,tune up and clean. When i picked up the bike everything looked good, took it home and in the parking lot the chain broke, They either they didnt test it after the tune up or Im getting scammed, either way, crappy work. took it back, they immediately said i needed to buy a new chain. I said no thanks and walked out. took it to mackcycle where the mechanic fixed it in 2 minutes for $10. He said that the pieces were put on wrong on the chain and other pieces were bound to break. This place is a rip-off.

I just came back from purchasing some clip-less road bike shoes, which he price matched btw! also got my lock, and lights. the service was great, main man with glasses up front, ill add his name in later. Also linked up with him for a ride through Doral and ill be participating tomorrow. the prices are fair but for having a local shop, with immediate gratification it was great vs. waiting 2 weeks from online shopping. Im also building another bike and came in to have some parts removed so i can continue my restoration, the staff was super helpful and interested in what i was doing. :) im a very happy camper.

Store hours should be posted clearly somewhere on the front door. Must have been close to closing time (19:28) guy saw me walking with my tires in hand so they lock the door and tell me they are closed. I understand its a long day, but post the hours on the door and my needs were going to take an extra 4 minutes. I believe in strong customer service and being loyal to that business. I had the tires in my hand and they did not bother to inquire what I needed. Not a good way to have repeat customers.

Well I see there are some negative reviews here. My personal experience with this bicycle store has been very positive. I been to this place more than ten times i bet. I bought two Specialized bicycles from them and the bikes were great. I always got good service from them and was treated very well. Just give it a chance and check it out. They got a lot of great bicycles for sale and lots of accessories, gear, clothes, etc.

not to happy with the service. I brought my bike in to have my pedals removed and the 4 guys that were there were not able to do it so they told me to leave the bike until the "master mechanic" would arrive at 3pm. I arrive at the store at 5 and they said my bike was not complete and the mechanic never came in...SERIOUSLY?!?! I promptly took my bike to mack cycle, they took me right in, replaced my pedals in 2 minutes.

They charged me a minimum labor fee of $9 for filing my tire with air!? Everything is overpriced, the customer service was non existent, and they even were rude when my brother was showing interest in one of their bikes. Please do me and the biker community a favor and dont waste your hard earned money here.

I will rate it -10 stars if possible, horrible service no respect for expected times of orders to be delivered and on top of that over priced I went to a different store and for the same service I needed I had to pay 20 and they wanted to charge me 70 definitely dont go to this store

Terrible... the guy just refused to sell me a bike part at 6:55pm... he said "you have to come back tomorrow". He doesnt know how far I was and how fast I ran to get there and listen to that! Just lost a good client! Just keep in mind to value your clients no matter what takes..

Great place. got the variety that was not in other stores! The young Alejandro attended very well. In spite of my doubts among a great variety of bicycles, l decided with the one I wanted. Im very happy. I RECOMMEND IT.

This is a very good local bike shop. They are very personable, know their bikes and are willing to give advice. They gave me some good local bike routes and fixed by bottom bracket at a reasonable price. Thumbs up.
