Well I have shopped here before but they didnt have a bike in my size to ride and check out, after several attempts, ie; coming back a month later when they told me to, so after research of components and brands I decided on a diamond back comp overdrive 27.5, after getting the bike i wanted to have a shop check /tune it up, when I went back in today, there was quite a bit of hostility since I didnt buy a bike from them, (long story short) , customer service from the same sales guy I have talked to in the past was quite abrasive, I understand the buy from us mentality, but I was told by diamond back co. That they would honor whatever shop I chose, and this shop apparently makes enough money to turn away my buisness, who knows maybe the next time I would have found a good deal there, but now I know I wouldnt send another person their way due to how I was treated, by the way i sent someone there before for a bike purchase since they had one on sale in his size and he made the purchase, thanks for letting me see your true colors!!

Mike was very friendly and helpful. My mom and I were looking at bikes and Mike helped us look at and try out several models. We ended up buying elsewhere because the model bike my mother decided on was sold at a different shop. I ended up with a bike very similar to the Beria in Bicycle Sport but from the same shop my mom bought from. That said, we had a great experience here.

Bevin is a TOTAL professional. Knows everything about bikes. Such a great experince getting my bike overhauled. Its been hanging on the wall too long.. Tubes, new seat, head and tail lights etc. Installed all at great price.. so lucky I picked right shop. Highly recommend.

Theres no place better to buy a bike - this place has a fantastic approach to customer service. I got fitted for a new bike (my first new one in years) and they patiently helped me try out several options until I found the perfect bike for me. Could not love it more!

Great to have a good / local Specialized bike shop. You need a part? all I have to do is call Mike with the specs or part number and he places the order. You get a friendly phone call when it comes. Great attitude and helpful.
