Does the Concord location not have a Facebook page?! Id love to "like" and follow you all online! Anyway, I first started using Pet Supplies Plus while I was in Winston Salem because I rescued a shelter pup with a very sensitive stomach. The employees were always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the options were beyond anything I could find at the box stores, and the prices were much more reasonable than I would have expected, especially with their great rewards programs and coupons. I was thrilled when I moved to Concord and a location opened up shortly thereafter. My experience here has been the same, and I will never shop at a big pet supply store again. I am so happy with Pet Supplies Plus and feel incredibly grateful to have one right down the street. Theyll also try to find special request items for you and returns are never a hassle for any reason, even if my pets have just been finicky or destroyed a toy two minutes after I get home. I am an average pet owner who is hardly a fanatic about "all natural," "organic," or "holistic" foods, but its nice to be able to really compare the ingredient lists side by side and know youre getting a superior product for your furry (or scaly) companion for a good price. Toys, accessories, bedding, etc. are all also very high quality with a ton of options.

You guys might not listen to this but i went in there with my two friends today and this one worker treated us like we were in the hood or something. She would follow us up and down the isle and tell us not to touch anything or mess up anything she even blamed my friend for saying the F word even though he did not. It was almost like sje thought we were going to steal something. Later she came up to us and was staring and my friend asked her to stop treating us like we were going to steal and she got really mad and said "i dont want yall messin up my store" and then went and told our parents that we were being abnoxious and disturbing. Also their hermit crabs are not well taken care of. Every time i go in there they have no water, salt water, or food and i told one of them that they need water and she was like i just gave them water but clearly they did not. I recently purchased a crab from them and he just died today and i only have had him for five weeks and i think it was because of how badly they were treated in that store. I will not be going back there and i hope someone that owns this buisiness reads this and does something about this because the staff is rude and the crabs are not taken cate of.

I bought a fish tank and 3 fish. I have had to replace these fish multiple times every time they give me a new fish it dies! And tonight after 3 dead fish and a leaking tank I decided tonight I would start over with a new tank and different kind of fish. New tank and fish cost me $14 more because they were having a sale the first time but could the manager cut me a deal oh no way! Big mistake on my part should have just gotten a refund! Now I followed every instruction to a T and would you believe it not 4 hours later another dead fish! Im so over this Im taking everything back tomorrow and getting my money back! Ugh what to do my sweet baby is going to be sad about her fish! I also bought flea treatment $30 and guess whos dog still has fleas?!! Im over this place!

I prefer to shop at the smaller stores so I like it here. A little more expensive than going to Walmart but way less crowded and you get to look at fish and animals for sale. This place pretty much has everything you need for your pet. They have a loyalty card so you can get cheaper prices (similar to a Bi-Lo card or MVP). They have a vet that does clinics once every couple of weeks. If you sign up for emails, they will tell you about the times that is available. They also set up adoption weekends to help get animals loving homes. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They offer to load my heavy items into my van for me. You can bring your dogs here and they have treats on the counters for them. Just a great little pet store.

I love this place! I purchased 2 adorable rabbits from here and they are in the best of health. This place carries all of my pets needs at excellent prices! The mgr Thomas is an exceptionally hard worker and will go out of his way for you. The store staff are friendly and caring. The store is clean and well maintained. Concord is fortunate to have this wonderful pet store!

Groom Room

Pet Supplies is an amazing place. The people are friendly and do their very best to take care of customers. Everyone in there is like a small family and communicate well and also try to make the customers feel at home. I do all my shopping here for my Bunny and they have a wide selection to offer and the prices are great. Will continue to shop here!

I cannot brag on this company enough !!! The store is great in itself, but the groomers are phenomenal !!!! I have been bringing my pups here for about two years and they never cease to amaze me with how kind, gentle and awesome they are. I highly recommend these hard-working, big hearted ladies for any furbaby out there.

Very nice staff who clearly love animals. Best supply and variety of dog food Ive seen in NC. I purchase all my finch products here as they have bulk seed and hand-feeding formula, etc. They will also special order if they dont have in stock what you need. Best pet store Concord has had since Ive lived here over 25yrs!

One of the best places in the area to buy ferret foods without going online to order them. Not to mention the countless quality items for your fuzz babies. Could use a few extra items to be more well rounded for the little critters, but a pleasant surprise to find them.

Im come here a lot because of all the food choices and they have sooooo many dog toys and chewies!!!! Staff is Awesome!!! The only down side is that some things can be pricey.

Great prices, great service, very clean. The selection is as good as any PetSmart or PetCo, but the prices are definitely worth choosing this place over either of the others.
