Stopped in to buy plants for our new aquarium found an advertisement that should have been removed and the sales associate that took care of us tried to correct the price to match the advertisement to the best of his ability. Most of the plants where half dead that where on the shelves. After I got them home and researched the plants I had bought I found out that 2 of the plants where not true aquatic but semi aquatic (the leaves of the plants must be above water) and I decided to take them back the next day (1 hr drive from my house) and exchange them for full aquatic plants of the same price and same sku. When the sales associate (different person from the one that initially sold me the plants) rung the plants up he said I owed a balance of $6. I had to argue the point with him to get him to even exchange the items. I was very upset with their subpar service.

Staff is always super friendly. They always have what Im looking for. I love that they price match prices on their website which is almost always cheaper.
