Horrible place to order from. I ordered Rad Cat frozen raw food for my purebred Siberian Cat. She is very picky and only likes raw food. It was supposed to be overnighted. I payed quite a bit for shipping which I completely understood. Two weeks passed with no food delivery. I called, they said they would send it out that night and they would send me a shipping number that evening. I didnt receive a shipping number. The next day, no food. I called again they said it was supposed to be sent out, but it didnt happen. They told me there was something wrong with their email server. We went back and forth for 3 days and I never received a tracking number or my cat food. 4th day in contact with them and 16 days since I ordered, I finally asked for a refund. They said no problem. The next day, no refund. I called again. They answered the phone snickering! They knew it was me and they were laughing! Completely unprofessional. I stayed on the phone until I received my refund via paypal. This was the most ridiculous transaction Ive had with a business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!!

I have been a customer at discount pets for 10+ years absolutely phenomenal customer service, very realistic pricing, top of the line products, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went into another store because it was more convenient in doing that I realized what a bad choice I made almost instantly the animals were not well kept, the prices were outrageous, the staff was not knowledgeable about quite a bit of their reptile products. Discount Pets and supplies is a one-stop-shop with a variety of pet supplies. I absolutely recommend this place of business.

Discount Pets has excellent prices, and a very knowledgeable staff. I have purchased dog and fish supplies there, as well as two leopard geckos and a bearded dragon. Their employees told me everything I needed to know about reptile keeping and care, and even went out of their way to find us the perfect animals. We recently found baby turtles in our yard and they have given us all the info we need to keep the newest additions to our brood happy and healthy.

Amazing Experience! Rabbits, chinchillas, ferrets, snakes, rats, they have so many animals! The staff was so knowledgeable, sweet and polite, even with our crazy kids. They did not pressure us at all and were so helpful! We ended up getting a cute little ferret (Riki Tiki Tavi)! You could definitely tell they were handled often. After 7 pet stores this was the one we picked and definitely the one well come back to!

I purchased two beautiful dogs from these people. They are six and eight years old now and in very good health. The people who work here and own this store were very helpful and kind to me. First time there, didnt know it was even there since their Facebook page hasnt been updated since 2015 and am absolutely amazed by this place. Super friendly environment, very clean and all of the animals there are very well maintained. I will always be shopping there for my pet supplies now.

I traveled to 2 different petcos and 1 petsmart trying to get a setup for my uromastyx. My friend recommended this place and I decided to try it. They were very knowledgeable, have great prices, and great customer service. I will return there and recommend others to shop here.

A small mom and pop pet store run by two brothers. You can tell that the owners really love their jobs and love the animals that they have in stock. They have an onsite dog groomer as well.
