Amazing staff who are always willing to help you! Friendly customer service is very hard to find, not at This store! We Love coming to Pet Supplies Plus. They are always ready to answer any questions we have and willing to help find the best food for our pets. They have a wide selection of pet treats, toys and accessories. From cats, dogs, fish, birds, etc, look no further! if they dont have it, they will probably get it for you. if they dont carry it, which is seldom. they will recommend a place that does. You will not find a more local company who gives to the Local Humane Society to help the other animals in need while giving the local customers the best prices possible! I went in today looking for food for my cat, who is an older cat with cancer that is having trouble keeping on weight. I was getting frustrated because there are an overwhelming number of options, when an employee approached and offered help. I explained the situation and she was so incredibly helpful. She didnt just hand me a bag and say, "here you go", she took the time to walk me down the aisle and explain to me which formulas I needed to stay away from, what I needed to look for and gave me her to recommendations with explanations as to why she would choose those. I left the store, not only satisfied, but also feeling better equipped to handle something that seems as simple as feeding my cat with his special needs. That employee is so very appreciated.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff of this store. I have shopped at the Boone Pet Supplies Plus for all of my dogs needs since I moved to the area 2 years ago. The staff is always helpful and courteous. On my most recent visit, my 7 year old pup tagged along after a visit to the vet. Upon entering the store I realized his leg was bleeding heavily from where they had taken out his IV. The staff didnt miss a beat and stopped everything to care for him, including applying styptic powder, wrapping his leg, and carrying him to the car.. please note my dog is a 72 pound Boxer mix and they carried him to the car! I will never go elsewhere and am forever grateful for such caring employees.

Its a very typical chain pet store. If you must shop there, I highly advise only dry goods, and not live animals, since the conditions are not up to standards. PETA would have a field day with this store, even though there are at least a few employees who genuinely care about the animals, the management seems to be hyper sensitive to any criticism and is quick to trash their competition rather than admit they need to meet standards. I understand that this is part of being a corporate store, and that animal welfare rarely comes before profits in that situation, but still. When your care standards are not keeping up in terms of loss prevention, something needs to change.

They suddenly stopped carrying the dog food brand Ive always bought there... with no prior warning. It was a high quality/high density food that was popular and highly regarded for the quality. I have about enough food left for 1 more day. So it turns out that amazon prime has a cheaper price with free 2-day shipping. Pet Supplies Plus has lost a customer. I would rather pick up dog food in town but ever since the owner of pet place sold out, our options are mediocre at best.

Bought fish once, had an ich outbreak lost all fish. Waited 2 months, thought that a big chain like this would have the problem under control and bought fish again, had another ich outbreak lost all fish. Been keeping fish for over a year now and never had a problem with ich after I started avoiding this place. Go up the road to Reef Magic, spend a few extra bucks because he is a little higher on prices, and get good quality fish that wont destroy ur tank.

Awesome friendly staff! Great selection of pet supplies for great prices. They will order anything you want if they can find it. Prices here beat Amazon on tons of stuff! If you are into fish, keep an eye open for their $1/gallon sale on tanks. Overall, great pet store :)

Overrated, over priced. Whole attitude of the store has changed since "corporate" took over. Dont waste your time. Support your local small businesses. Or Walmart for that matter
