I took my dog in today to the groomer to get a hair cut and bath. A few hours later, someone from the grooming department called me and told me they had to take my dog over to the hospital that is in the store because while they were cleaning the hair out of her ears, she shook her head so hard that she caused hematomas to form in her ears. When we got there, the vet told us that she does not have hematomas, but that she got cut while they were shaving the tips of her ears. The groomer did not do what we asked at all and shaved her almost completely bald, and she is uneven everywhere. The manager did not make us pay for the grooming service or the vet visit, but I dont feel that their employees, who are not licensed vets, should be calling pet owners and misdiagnosing them or not even telling the owner what really happened. We are not happy with what happened today at all and will not be going back to Petsmart for Stellas needs.

ok. i bought a guinea pig on march 16... i had it for maybe 3 days before i had to take it back so she could get some medical care because i noticed that she was sneezing and coughing. they said it would take 14 days (2 weeks) i said ok thats fine i just want her better. i called when the two weeks came and they said that she was perfectly fine except she developed a spot on her head.so i had to wait another week. that week came and i asked if i could get her back and they said i had to wait another week because her hair hasnt grown back.. its been a month now and i still cant get her back. her name is autumn. and unless i could get her back now then you can keep her because the time for me to raise her to be how i want is gone. she is almost an adult now.im sorry but i wanted a baby i could raise. im gonna get me another guinea pig somewhere else. im sorry. will call later to tell you nevermind.

This store itself is great the hospital there is awesome! But the groomers are horrible!!!!!!!! The first time I took both my dogs , the could not cut the hair on one and then could not cut the nails on the other. I took them to another place in the area and they had NOoo problem finishing the cut on Archie and cutting bolts nails. Its been a view months I decided to try them one more time for Archie, the wouldnt take him bc I had given him his allergy medicine , dont you think that is something they should have said before so that maybe I would have given it to him after????? I have taken him to other groomers before and they had no problem with it ... Im never going back to petsmart for groomers again !!!! Adding that the ladys are rude ignore you talk about their personal business why you are standing there waiting to be acknowledged !!!

Been taking my dogs to pet smart for grooming all their lives and always got a good job, the last two times I took them a Cookerspaniel and a toy poodle they got the worst cut and grooming I have ever gotten and they dont seem to care, it also cost more then I have ever paid. I called and complained to one of the managers at Lady Lake where I went and he just said he would look into it and thats all I heard so I guess he doesnt care either. I even gave him the name of the two groomers. You would think $137 to give two small dogs a short haircut would at least get a decent job. Thats ok they can keep their groomers, store and dog food and Vets because they are doing sloppy work and charging to much money now anyway.

went in for pet food. and a nail grind. I can understand if my dog is in contact with others 3 week expired rabies cert would be a problem. didnt have new one with me. they wouldnt even do his nails. a dog they know. they have seen at least once a month for almost 2 years.. no flexibility at all to satisfy a customer. Ill go get certificate. but I wont go back to them for grooming ever. customer service should be a priority. especially on repeat customer.

my mother and I (both adults) went into this pet smart and had the most rude employee tell us we couldnt see the cat in the window unless we are actually going to buy it. This was such a turn off I wont return or adopt from this location. She was older woman with shoulder length red/brown hair steer clear from her she can ruin your experience. Just left here June 16th 2017 4:45 pm

Bonnie was super helpful. We have a puppy who is just over a year old and out growing the plush toys, she suggested some other toys that were perfect for our pup. She took the time to inquire about our fur child and it really made a difference. Thanks!

Always had helpful employees and they are always willing to help explain things. Dont know why people are complaining sometimes things happen. Especially if your dogs rabies are expired I wouldnt want your dog being grooomed next to mine.

Nice employees, always very helpful. Good prices as they usually have sales. The whole store is very clean and organized. They always have a selection of kittens for adoption which is fun to look at. Overall one of the better Pet Smarts

Employees are beyond rude, and the store as a whole is overpriced. Dead fish always in tanks, items mistagged with wrong prices (and the store wont honor them!) Petco across the street gets all my business now.

Overpriced products,also vet told me my cat had some rare disease and was going to need alot of meds.I held off to see and my cat is fine. They justed my money I feel this was wrong.
