Absolutely HORRIBLE care of reptiles. In stores what ever reptile you want to hold they will answer with "No, its too mean." for even the most inherently docile pets. They keep the reptiles for prolonged periods of time, there is a bearded dragon there who has been in a tiny cage for YEARS. Not to mention the care itself is atrocious, keeping a leo on sand with two open hides and lights. The FULL GROWN bearded dragon normally kept in a 40 gallon breeder tank is in something similar to a 12x12x18 cage. I dislike the staff and am confused on why they continue to keep these animals as I am certain they are making no money off them as no one will buy an animal they cant hold nor one they are told is mean (When in fact it is most likely miserable due to its horrible life it is forced to live.)

Have gotten plenty of fish from here and all seem to die! Walmart fish Ive bought outlived the animals Ive bought here! And what really chaps me is the manager stated that my aquarium wasnt ready after I brought water in to get tested and their associate stated it was "safe"! Offered me store credit for and I had a receipt!! Used the credit on more fish that died! If Im paying my money then what I bought should be well enough to take home! Going back for my money and not more fish because they clearly are selling unwell animals

Walked inside and the guy said hi. No one even asked if I needed help. When I came all the way back up front to ask for help the guy looked at menloleni was interrupting his gossip session with the other non helpful employee. He had no clue what I was look for or even where to look. He gave up right away and said Im sorry. Btw I wasnlolmimg for a nice light set up for My fish tank and he tried to sell me light bulbs.

We picked up our new 10 week old Mini Australian Shephard and did not have any idea what to purchase. We went to the Pet Supermarket in Clermont, FL to look around. We met one of the sales associates, Kelsey and she was so knowledgeable and efficient. We are so pleased at the customer service of Kelsey that we had to post a 5 star Review! Thank-you Kelsey

I was having alot of trouble looking for the perfect food for my little Yorkie, spent only a few minutes confused as a store associate named Toni helped me immensly! She gave me all the nutritional information needed to make the best selection! Highly recommend, best pet store in Clermont!

I shop here all of the time for our pet water dragons and the workers are so helpful and friendly. My son loves to come here and look at the different pets but overall its a nice place to shop for your pets and theyre never crowded.
