A Private User

Every single one of the employees are rude. Few of them know about the stores products, and animals. The animals are NOT taken care of AT ALL. The lizards usually have mites in their cages, and I had the lovely chance of seeing an iguana with actual broken toes and mights on his eyes, and throughout his cage. The crickets, in plastic containers, usually die. This store simply leaves the crickets on the shelves for weeks, sometimes more, in confined spaces with a cube of food (in a container of 30+). The crickets result in eating each other. The mice there are kept in terrible condition, and are often trapped in their television toys. I informed an employee that there were several mice trapped in the plastic tv set (the hole was facing the bottom of the cage and it was moist in there as if they were suffocating and overheating), the employee said he would take care of it right away BUT IT WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF. I would love to run this specific petco store out of business if i could. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE

Rarely has crickets. Very poor stock of items such as lizard lights and small animal food. Staff is clueless and makes more excuses than work effort. As a former employee of Petco I can say that this store has gone way downhill. The forum Store is going to pot as well, same issues. I hate having to go so far out of my way to go to gulf coast but at least I know they have the food and crickets I need. Going to become a PetSmart customer very quickly. So disappointed every time.

Everyone is sooooo nice here! Nick, the Manager, took the time to help me, answering all of my questions and I actually learned alot from him about flea treatment. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he really loves animals. Hes the real deal!

They have the best fish and plant selection in Lee County. They have an educated staff that are always looking to assist the customer. I will definitely come back again. They also sell saltwater fish

Grooming staff is very rude. Went here several times in the past and had bad experiences with nail clippings and hair cuts. Stay away if you love your pet even the slightest bit.

My three fish I just brought today died immediately when I finally let them in the tank after i let their bag sit in the water awhile to introduced it to the water temp.

I visit Petco primarily for their grooming. They love your pets. My timid Yorkie/Chihuahua is scared of everything but not when visiting her groomer.
