Jack Brewer.... Completely wasted my time!!! Rushed for me to send images of my bike that I wanted to sell, then I had to contact him 24 hours later, just for him to tell me that they already had 2 sport bikes in the show room. Obviously he didnt do research to know that mine was a sport bike and strung me along or he gave me erroneous information in stating that they would buy my bike. Their online tool gave a quote but when he finally contacted me back, this is the service that I get. This is the second poor review that I am leaving about the Friendship brand. Had to convince my wife otherwise but now Im taking her side TOTALLY. WE WILL NEVER USE FRIENDSHIP OR RECOMMEND THEM!!! STAY AWAY...

I wanted to buy a bike from Friendship, but the salesman Jack Brewer is a jerk! Trade in value is 19k on my bike, Jack offered me $1500 over value on my bike.....so they offered me 14k! HAHA Seriously! Offer me 14k on my bike that has a trade in of 19k! So I bought elsewhere, then asked him if he had pipes in stock for my bike, and he wouldnt even respond. Guess if you dont buy the bike through them, they dont want your business on anything else!

Bought my new Polaris Ranger 570 there a while back. Love it! The staff there were great - especially Dee Dee and Amanda! I went back and got a roof. I went back and got some t-shirts. I went back and got a windshield. I went back and got a hat and keychain. I am sure I will be going back again - if just to look at those cool Indian bikes and dream. Thanks again for a great deal.

Dee Dee leads a great group of people. They gave me a nice trade-in value on my Road King when I bought my Indian Chief. One of a handful of dealers offering lifetime powertrain warranty. If you go down ask for Dee Dee and tell her John with the flat bill sent ya.
