I really want to like these small town shops... but they make it really hard. This place was really expensive and kept adding to their price. $15 per wheel to mount a tire. The wheels were brand and new and didnt have tires to dismount and they were not on the ATV. Then after they called me to let me know they were ready, they added costs for valve stems. Oh... and the lug nuts I wanted to order also went from $24 to $36. The ngk spark plug was $7. It would have been great to have a nice reasonable place in town. Also, when I arrived to pick up the tires and wheels, they told me one of the decals for the center caps was not it the box... believable but doubtful. The next day I had some spare time to bolt the wheels and tires on the ATV... only to find out one of the tires beads was not seated on the wheel. I had to fight with it in my own garage to get it seated. Overall, not a great experience. Wont be back anytime soon.

This place is awful. . I took a bike here after calling to see if they could fix it and they said they could. . Couple hours later they call and say that its not something that they want to deal with and to come get it free of charge.. I get there and they hand me a bag of parts that they took off my bike and say "be careful when putting it back together because theres lots of little pieces that are difficult to put back and if not done right can mess it up". . So translation is they took it apart and had no idea how to fix or put back together so I got it "free of charge" and in pieces, "were real sorry"... wow guys, thanks!. These people came off pretty shady and unfriendly in the first place however I had hopes that since they are minutes from my house that I would have a local shop that was worth a damn. . Unfortunately I will only go here if I need something off the shelf as a last resort:(

After dealing with bigger dealerships in Lakeland and being disappointed in their service, I turned to Plant City Motorsports. I went in to get my LED light kit installed as well as a Full System Exhaust system. They had the bike for a decent amount of time, but only charged me for 2.5 hours. Another dealership in Brandon was going to charge me $400 to do the exhaust system alone. Insane! On the day of the installation, I had something I had to go to and I got back to the dealership after they closed. They welcomed me in and allowed me to get my bike even though it was after closing hours. Later, I went in for my 600 mile service. This cost was very reasonable out the door. Every other dealership I talked to was quoting me $200-$300 for a 600 mile service. They did a great job and Im very satisfied. I will continue to use them for my servicing.

I bought a scooter from PCMS and the process was incredibly easy. The girl at the shop who processed the paper work was knowledgable and friendly, as was the gentleman who explained how to work the scooter. They made sure I knew how to operate the scooter and could do so efficiently. If youre looking for some where that actually knows what theyre talking about, I would highly recommend this place. Knowledge is so hard to find these days, and this is a really great, intelligent and personable group of people.

Took my gourwheeler here to get a wheel bearing done. When i got it back they said that the ball joints and bushings were bad in it also. They were perfectly fine when i broughy it there. I just took my fourwheeler apart to see if i could tighten up ther ball joints and they were loose. Then i also found out that thwy didnt change the wheel bearing like they said they did because the caliper still had alot of play in it. I wont be refering them to anybody.

Stopped by last weekend to check the place out since I had just gotten a bike and wanted to check out my local options for a shop. Told the guy at the counter about the issues I was having and he was able to figure it out by what I told him. Bought the part for the bike today and installed it and it ran perfectly. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ill definitely be back if I need anything else

I went in the shop to try on helmets and ended up ordering a ss1200. The guy at the counter was very helpful answering any questions I had. Even though when the helmet I ordered ended up arriving a few days later than quoted and I wasnt happy with the feel he gave me a more expensive helmet that fit me well for no extra charge. Seems they try to keep customers happy.

Competitive Pricing - Quality Work. I dropped off a 2003 Honda 4 wheeler that was in desperate need of help. They ordered and installed 4 new tires, repaired my brakes, changed the oil and replaced my seat. Price was fair and service was excellent.
