I bought my bike from Atlas two years ago. When I first got it, I had a problem with the shock, it started leaking grease. However, Atlas took care of it even without a warranty, because we had not had the bike for more than a week or so. We had a wonderful and easy buying experience, I was actually looking at another bike they had the other day and was wanting to buy it. Now, not so much. I called 2 weeks ago on Saturday and ordered a LEFT front turn signal and they told me it would be Monday before the order was placed, which was fine, I completely understood it was the weekend. They told me that it would be in by Friday, so I called and they said nope it wasnt there. I called back again on Tuesday got the same answer then again this past Saturday still nothing. Honestly I think the order was not put in the first time that I called, or even the second time, I think it took them till the third time that I called before it was actually ordered, and thats ridiculas. I went and picked it up today, and low and behold it was the incorrect part after spending $ 54.00 on a freakin turn signal. I was trying to put it on and they ordered the wrong side, and I didnt realize until after an hour or so. I stressed to them it was the LEFT side not the right side the first two times I called. I didnt think that I would need to advise them of this each time I called. I also figured it would have been ordered the first time, but it was not, other wise it would not have taken over two weeks to get it. I am not sure what is going on there but I hope it gets fixed. I am going to have to yet again go back up to Atlas to get a refund, because honestly I dont know that I even want to try and order anything else from them, because I expect to get what I ask for, and pay for not what they decide to order for me. I am very flustered with this right now. I am hoping that they make it right and maybe a discount for having to go up there again, and taking time out of my busy schedule to deal with this, but we will see.

My father took his motorcycle to this business for an antifreeze flush. The service manager deceptively talked him into winterizing the motorcycle but did not inform him that the price would be double the amount he was quoted. My father being an older gentelman paid for the service and left the facility instead of being confrontational at the business. After learning this information I called and spoke with the service manager. He stated that there was nothing that could be done and I chalked this up to miscommunication. However, upon looking at the motorcycle there was deep scratches in the chrome headlight cover and right side fork. I called back and the service manager was very rude and said he would transfer me to the owner (no person ever gave their name except the receptionist). I spoke with the owner regarding the scratches and he stated that the motorcycle never left the service department. This statement was his response as to why the motorcycle was not scratched at his business. The problem with this defense is that a walk around was done by myself and my father before and after having the bike serviced and the scratch was very noticeable after picking up the motorcycle from the shop. However, common sense and logic tells me that a mechanic was working on the right side of the motorcycle to flush and change the antifreeze, this happens to be the same side that the fork and headlight cover are scratched on. I tried explaining this to the owner and he simply stated the motorcycle never left the service department. Once I explained that his premise for denying the scratch was irrational, he hung up on me. Upon calling back the owner hung up on me again. I feel that the deceptive practices used by this business are a disgrace to our community. I would suggest not supporting this business, or if you must, take pictures of your motorcycle before leaving it with the service department. Unfortunately for us, our only recourse is to seek legal action against this company, which we will do.

Just bought my son a 50cc yamaha from Atlas Honda. The following weekend went by there to purchase some riding gear from him. The salesman who just sold us his bike a week ago, walked by us and did not say a word. Was very rude and didnt ask us if we needed help with anything. He acted like he had never seen us before in his life. We went into the parts and service department, looking at the gear, and was still never asked if we needed help with anything. The guys at the counter just sat behind the register staring. They were clueless when we would ask them a question about the youth gear. And wouldnt even offer to let us try anything on. When we went to pay for what we had picked out, the man at the register rung everything up and then took our credit card to pay for it. Came back and said the credit card did not work. So we left from there thinking that our card just didnt work. Called the credit card company and atlas honda had indeed charged us the $350 for the things we had picked out. But for some reason atlas honda said our card did not work. So here we are having to dispute the charge. Really stinks being charged $350 dollars for something you never even took out of the store!!! We will be dealing with a different dealer from now on. Which stinks for Atlas Honda because we are planning on buying a few more dirt bikes and gear in the future. Oh well, they have lost our business and respect.

Horrible customer service and sales reps. My buddy is looking for a bike and we went up there to look at some. We walked around the store for almost an hour and no one was in site. We was the only ones in there. Finally we walked around and found a sales person and he was very rude to us and didnt even want to help. Guess they dont work off commission cause he could careless if he sold a bike or not. I will never step foot in this stealership again. I own a K8 GSXR and need to get my recall done. I went over to the service department and they was rude and acted like he didnt even want to help me. I need to get my rear tire balanced and asked for a price on that and it killed him to even give me a price for that. I really dont even see how this place keeps the doors open. My advice is stay away from this place. I will be taking my bike to Jims in JC. I called them after we left Atlas and they was very nice and told me to bring my bike in whenever and gave my an amazing price to get my rear tire balanced. Im taking it there after I get off work tomorrow.
