I cant speak for the dealership, but In regards to Jeni Schumachers review: She rode many miles on those bad wheel bearings until they finally exploded. We went out of our way to pick her bike up, and it got back to our shop about 30 minutes before we closed. Theres no way it was getting fixed that night, nor was she promised as much. The bearings damaged the wheel, and we recommended replacing it, which she refused. We did NOT try to rip her off. If we had not recommended replacing it, and it caused her to wreck, who would she have blamed then? I think the price was more than fair for towing her bike in, working her into a very busy schedule, having the repairs completed the next day, and washing her bike for her before she got there. We went above and beyond. Id recommend calling someone else the next time you break down.

Check the prices before doing business here. They like to mark the prices up beyond Harley-Davidsons suggested retail. In my case $2000 on the bike and over $500 on the extended warranty plan. The final insult was that my new bike has a small tear in the backrest. It was documented and photographed before the bike ever left the showroom. They said warranty would cover it. Now 3 months later they say HD wont cover it and neither will they. Dont do business here or at the other 3 dealerships owned by the same people. If I would have traveled an hour south I would have saved over $8000 between proper pricing and better finance options. BUYER BEWARE ps... love the bike just not the experience I had at Mad River. Guess they got the mad part right.

As a rider I feel all brands and bikes should stick together, its dangerous on the road. Ive never been particularly impressed by Harleys as a motorcycle (they were cool back in the day 1940s & 50s) Ive ridden them all. This dealership really does a great job supporting Ohio Bike Week and that is important. It adds a great deal to the quality of life for the region. I hope HD can stem its decline as a brand. I am biased as I choose a Victory due to performance and quality advantages. Its a competitive market I think the pressure Polaris with the Victory and Indian brands has put on HD will help them improve which is good for all riders. This dealers community involvement is a big plus for the HD brand.

First visit, last year at Ohio Bike Week. Prices were lots higher than my local HD. Event t-shirt was $34.95 which probably at $19.95 t-shirt, what independent vendors were selling them for. Do your homework prior. Had event questions and they were under staffed, causing us not to get answers and when asked reps werent very friendly and pointed to a table where reps were sitting down and customers were standing in front of the table so it was quite hard to view across the room.

I had my rear bearings blow out and caught it right away. Mad river towed it for me and said itd be fixed that evening. Mind you Im not from that area. It wasnt done til the next day in which they charged 205.00 to replace the bearings then tried to sell me a 800.00 wheel. I got 4 other opinions and turns out my wheel was perfectly fine and mad river just tried to screw me. I wouldnt return there ever again. Ill stick to my home town dealer. What a crock.

I know most people only post the bad. But Id like to take the time to thank Mad River HD. They always treat me well and take care of me. Id also like to take the time too give a special thanks to Josh Kile. He always goes above and beyond and out of his way to help me. I appreciate that greatly. I mean just like any other rider, biker, etc. My bike means alot to me and josh understands that. So thank you Mad River HD and Josh Kile.

My review is based on store atmosphere, customer service, price and cool factors. I cannot comment on bike sales or mechanical service. The shop is clean an well organized. There is a decent selection of bikes and motor clothes. Pricing is average. Pleasant employees and easy checkout. I love the exterior look of the building and the concert patio looks like it can host some great events. I would visit again.

if you want clothes or a brand new bike then come here they do have used bikes in the back that you have to ask or else youd never know they sell used and even so will push the new one on you, decent place you want real people and real mechanics to work on your bike head south to Roeder Racing right off rt 20 in Monroeville these guys are no bs and do great work .

Great service and friendly staff. Stopped in while in town. Nice store. Not a big clothing selection or boots but lots of bikes. Got a tour and told they offer everything from storage to washes to repairs in service. Rentals available too so we could ride without ours here!

Very helpful, very knowledgeable, easy to work with. I have dealt with the sales, service, and parts departments. Very pleased in almost every way. But prices are high. That is kind of to be expected at a Harley dealership, but it kept me looking elsewhere.

Took bike in for speedometer Warranty work and had to take back for rewire and scuff marks on tank and back fender. They really need to take better care and caution with the customers motorcycle. My bike is an expensive machine ##and I take care of it.
