Misleading all the way from financing to the survice department, they let me take a three hour trip to tell me id been approved to pay $30,000 for a $18000 bike after whipping out 16500 in cash the person in financing told me my sales person couldnt give me a better deal on the bike (when dose financing speak for a salesman) in a really small, greedy business they do she told me to stay put while she found him when i first come in they paged him so i followed her she quickly ducks in the room to tell him dont change the price , but he did anyway cause i let him know i could get a better deal on Craigslist should have followed my first mind, salesman told me tires where 65% good bike was just fully serviced i get to that in a moment! I buy the bike, after the salesman helps us count the money i never see him again, they dont do the bell thing they take you on what they call a poker run, you choose a card from all the departments if you get a good poker hand you win a prize my 4yr old daughter pick the cards they made sure she got all hearts for a 15-20 min waste of time the prize was apair of disposable work glasses with harley davison sticker on the side i trashed them in one of the cans right there in the dealership. i got there at 2 didnt leave til closing its nite i have a three hour road trip. get on the road leaving the toll i pull off heal shifter comes off wedges betweet the floor board. Pull over put it in the box, make it home without any other problems 2 days later decided to ride the bike to the barber shop i smell burning oil, take the oil cap off its a ct low black as ever and crankcase pressure sounds like a tire going flat call dealership ( im thinking now they knowingly put me on the road on a sick bike) call talk to sales guy he blows me off send me to sevice. guy in sevice tell me how to get the bike in diagnostic mode sure enuff theres a code he tells me dont tell them he showed me this trick, they tell me take it to a local harley dealer factory warranty should cover it. Turns out service put the breather on wrong pinched a hose causing blow by cost me 175 and it was gone 2 weeks all of the last good riding days. Lake erie never called to check on me or the bike, wolverine hd took me on a tour of their facility awsome i met so great folks even thou i didnt buy from them. They called me 3 days after i got the bike back to make sure all was fine! Also they told me i had about 1000 miles on the tires and they never would have let one of their used bike go out the door that way. This was my first hd purchase and lake erie pissed all over it, thank god wolverine showed me the diffrence between purchasing from a little small greedy classless spot like lake erie harley in avon ohio, expect no integrity and fake smiles,i was referred to lake erie by one of my customers and they let her down miserably. Do yourself a favor go a little further down the road! It will stop you from being their 8th review!!

Horrible Dealership, tried to overcharge me for my new bike got it for $2,000 less at Hales. Rude and dont care about their customer service..... Return POLICY is horrible, but was told it’s the Harley Policy... Failed to say its their choosing to refuse returns from out-of-state Harley Davidson Dealership. The shirt just needed exchanged for a bigger size had tags and receipts and they refused.... Dont go... Go to Mad River, Hales.... Hell anywhere but here. Oh and took on of our Bikes here for repair and they charged a fee to say theres nothing wrong with it and had to take it to private business for the charging problem that Harley stated was fine, but charged me anyway.. RIP OFF...

Lake Erie Harley Davidson has a very friendly staff with unbelievable knowledge with great patience for a first time Harley "newbie" , have a few "metrics" in the garage , now I have the 2016 Heritage Softail "Nostalgia Edition" . The only place I found with great hours including Sundays when the "working people" are off . No pressure sales in any department (a plus in my book) ! First thing salesman told me was "we are an MSRP dealership " ( a plus plus in my book ) ! Those words sold me on the spot . Now I have a new Harley Davidson parked next to my "Hardly Davidsons" .

My review is based on store atmosphere, customer service, price and cool factors. I cannot comment on bike sales or mechanical service. Signature HD is a small shop that is clean an well organized. There is a decent selection of bikes and motor clothes. Pricing is average, not much on the sale rack. Pleasant employees and easy checkout. The shop will supply the locals with what they need, but lacks the cool factor that would encourage a traveler to stop in for a visit. The shop is just missing that "WOW" factor.

I recently moved to Avon, OH and stopped in to check out the local Lake Erie HD Store. Everyone from clothing to parts were friendly, and very helpful. Ive worked in the automotive industry for 20+ years, and appreciate great service. Rob Dennis in parts was not only helpful, but made the experience fun. I will most definitely refer people to LEHD! Thanks again for a great experience!

we were there a last week ...Rude motor clothes manager..to customer and to a staff member.. who was a very nice lady. very poor selection on clothing and classic gear. will not recommend this Harley Davidson. Dealership itself is not much to look at. alot of bikes but thats it. serviced my bike and it took 2weeks to fix. Im not happy

The luggage rack bracket broke on my Electra Glide while riding near Lake Erie Harley and not only did they have it in stock but the gentleman at the service counter brought a tool and gladly help me install the new bracket, super cool guy.
