I went to this auto parts about 11 months ago i buy a radiator 1year warranty for toyota 4runner radiator fail at 11 months i spoke to peter Sanchez he was unrespectfull ween i ask for warranty on new radiator he said is only 1 month left on this purchase i get some mad because i did not understand they warranty policy i ask to speak with someone else some guy from the office came out to talk to me & they start laughing at me unrespectfull i just walk away & he start screaming if i want my 1 month warranty laughing I DID NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO PARTS

Incredible selection of auto parts and auto supplies, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The prices for the product are actually cheaper than at other stores like auto zone or pep boys. The store is really big inside and this place blow other auto parts stores out of the water, definitely recommend coming here for your automotive needs.

Every time i go i have some what of good service but the last time i went service was terrible. The guy gave me the wrong part to my car so i had to make double the trips back and forth and he also told me they didnt have a car part and so when i went back to get the right car part the manager said that they did have the part i needed

they used to have a lot inventory before because last week i call them & spoke with a guy who says he have the parts for my saab car when i show up other different guy attend me and told me that they dont have that parts plus he mention that the fist guy who spoke to me on phone he was the manager ! can you believe this ?

Kinda sketchy here I see the man who is the manager give different on prices on the same oil changes, you ask them a question an they cant help you out about your car. But hell charge you an arm an a leg just to try to help you out on what you need next on your car...

Went in today for a Radiator for my Saturn ion great price good service very satisfied customer I didnt end up needing the radiator it was a bad hose my question is can I return the radiator I have the receipt???

This place is a hit or miss. Its better to compare prices to the other bigger brands. Sometimes theyre cheaper and sometimes not, just depends. The kids love the free popcorn!
