My worst customer service experience so far at a auto parts. To all my friends , I am very very disappointed with the customer service of Auto Zone located on LA Sierra and Indiana. First, employee that helped me looked very distracted and smelled wierd. He tested the battery charge and stated it was very low and needed to be charged, of course I asked him to charge it. But they refused to charge it. The supervisor told me to turn on my car and drive around for 45 minutes te get my battery charged by itself. I am so upset and disappointed of the poor quality of customer service in this place that a decided to share it with my FB friends. Im not coming back to Auto Zone!!!

Everyone was so helpful, my car wouldnt start so i went here to ask if they could check it and they helped me out so much. They didnt leave me and my daughter there they had "David" The Mechanic guy come out and helped me out. David and his friend were super nice and told me what was wrong with my car and was actually able to fix my car right away. Best customer service by far. They will help you out and if they cant they have the answers. Thats what i loved about them. Thank you so much!

horrible service,rude employee. i went in to buy a light bulb,asked the employee if he could help me switch the old one for the new one,"he said to me we dont work on new cars,and olny on older cars like hondas and toyotas".he didnt take a secound to look at my car./

Staff has been helping get the parts we need for years with out any hick ups. Being that they are a smaller auto zone compared to others they sometimes dont carry what you need but they can get you it with in a day or refer you to the nearest auto zone that does.

They dont consider phone customers as coustomers. I sat on hold 9 minutes hung up and called back just to be told he was with a customer. I was placed on hold again for another 8 minutes before they got to me.
