They just lied to us telling us that the parts would be there around 10 am the next day. Today we were at the store twice, waiting for the parts (fuel injectors) just to be told to come back until 3 when the third truck comes in...if it does! customer service was bad, even when we had the part in hand they didnt make an effort to look it up when the computer gave the guy the supposed parts that were clearly not the right ones according to the picture. We had to pretty much force the person to look it up in the images until WE found the right one! Maybe it was because it almost closing time, but we were willing to pay extra for the parts if they were there next day.

Didnt like this place at all I went in and the clerk accused me of stealing and all I did was walk in and walk right to the counter to return something had a very bad experience I will never go back I didnt have a receipt I was told if you dont have a receipt how do I know you didnt steal it so I went home and found my receipt and return the stuff and told them I will never be back

Napa is the only place who needs to catch up with the times everyone is paperless everyone should have a system to keep all their customers under. They have absolutely no way to look you up if you have warranty on a part that you buy from them if you do not keep the receipt. You might as well start buying your parts at the flea market instead of going to Napa.

Very unprofessional I had to wait in line for 25 minutes before getting help. Only one person attending customers one person also waiting at the cash register for more time than me. Also I ordered a parts for same day only got one. They forgot the other one at the warehouse. Next day Sam 25 min wait one person helping .

The staff will help you get the parts you need and will call their different DCs to get the parts the same day. A bit more pricey than autozone or pep boys, but you get the right part the first time with a better warranty and a superior product.
