went in because my tire kept leaking air and i assumed i needed a new one so thats what i asked for. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that it was likely just a small leak that could be fixed for $20 rather than the cost of a whole new tire. So I pulled in and the guy (i wish i had remembered to ask for his name) showed me what he was going to do and that it was just a nail in my tire, he then had to take a phone call which didnt bother me but in ten minutes he was done came and fixed the leak very fast and then afterwards he says no charge because of the phone call, i insisted but he said no and sent me on my way. I went into Good Guys expecting pay for a whole new tire and to be overcharged or something like that but I think i may have found my new favorite mechanic never did i expect such a stellar service. Highly Recommended

I recently brought my car in for an oil change at Good Guys Auto Care Center in Mission Viejo. I did stress that my car had issues hence knowing the pending repairs required. What I appreciated, once the oil change was completed, was a quick acknowledgement of the repairs needed on my car but not a hard sale to try to repair. One of my biggest pet peeve is when you go for an oil change at a service center, they start a list of fixable items. I truly appreciated Good Guys Auto Care Center for getting the job done and not pushing for the other repairs. After the oil change was completed, my car actually felt good. Thanks Good Guys! Ill definitely be back.

I called in advance and made an appointment to have my oil changed. They began working immediately when I arrived and finished quickly. Before I left, their mechanic gave me brief overview on some other things that will need fixing in the near future and a price estimate to do said repairs. All in all it was a good experience and I believe I will go there for any future maintenance needs. I also really appreciated the fact they give you a free chilled beverage of your choice while you wait for your car to be worked on.

I just took my van to Good Guys for an oil change. In addition to fast, efficient, thorough service, they found two bald tires with threads showing, as well as a cooling system leak which I knew I had but couldnt locate myself. They also found an oil leak at my oil pressure sending unit which I didnt know I had. They actually brought me under my van and showed me the exact spot of the leaks. I like this kind of service. I will be a repeat customer.

Went in for an oil change and the service was excellent. Very friendly and they let me know of some minor issues and also assured me that my car was fine in other areas I was concerned with (tire wear and air filter replacements). No pressure to do the recommended services which is a plus in my book. Good Guys will be the go-to shop when I actually am ready to get the work done. Thanks again.

Professional courteous affordable and honest qualities that are normally hard to find in auto repair I guess thats why theyre called the good guys. Would definitely recommend them to anyone had all brakes replaced and rotors for much less than anyone else in less than 2 hours because I had an important birthday to go to.
