I bought a poly-resin pig here tonight (12/12/11) because it was on a shelf with a sign advertising all poly-resin merchandise being discounted 50%. The cashier refused the discount claiming the pig were wood and not poly resin. When I told him it was undeniably poly-resin, he brought over a manager, Jay, I believe, who also said it was wood. However, the pig has seams from where it was molded, the bottoms of the feet are so smooth it could only be made of plastic, and were it wood it would have weighed four times as much. The manager, Jay, begrudgingly made the cashier discount my pig on the grounds of it being "mis-shelved." However, that was not the case, its undeniably poly-resin. Having poorly-informed cashiers is one thing, but having someone too stupid to tell the difference between poly-resin and wood for a manager is another. If youre going to run a store, at least be able to identify the materials from which your merchandise is made.

This store had horrible customer service and the management was the main issue with the store. She was not willing to help any of the customers there because she was too busy holding a personal conversation. We came in to return a clock that was damaged upon receiving it as a gift, at which point the first store we went to was willing and eager to swap out the clock for the same one if in stock. Since it wasnt we were advised to check other stores in the area which led us to this store where after finally speaking to the manager she told us it is at the managers will as to whether or not they swap out anything at all. After asking what that means it was explained that if she was having a bad day then she wouldnt exchange anything. Thats in her own words. So overall hobby lobby is great but you should avoid this individual one if possible

Having previously been a huge Hobby Lobby fan, I was very excited one was opening in town. However, this store has proven to be a disappointment. Help is nonexistent - and if you happen to find one, they appear put-out at having to provide you assistance. The checkouts are always backed up - and the archaic method of hand-keying items makes things so much worse. Sorry Hobby Lobby, its Michaels or Joanns for me now.

Love the store but staff was absolutely terrible!! Returned a picture frame that I purchased a few hours early and they treated me as if I had stolen something. Then, the manager would not honor the same discount I was given earlier in the day and did nothing to accommodate me other than say "sorry about your luck. Should have come last week when they were on sale."

This is your typical Hobby Lobby. Nothing super special to write home about. They are closed on Sundays. After a certain holiday, they have really good specials on the holiday items. I bought a $700 Christmas tree for $250 the day after Christmas.

Staff is much nicer/friendlier here than at other locations. All of your crafting needs in one place, though it can be hard to find exactly what youre looking for due to the lack of signage.
