Bought a 2006 BMW 750 Li from them the beginning of this month, and purchased a 4yr warranty as well. They told me that a worker had left the sunroof open one day it rained, and that some water had got in the car and stained the headliner a little bit. Well it rained again two days later and water was in the car again. I called them and told them, they said ok when your warranty card comes, call them and it will be taken care. Card came, took car to the shop, called warranty company, guess what? water damage is not covered. insurance company wouldnt cover, because they said it was pre existing. Called mira to see if they would help out on the $1700 bill, was told he would give me $100. Laughable right. I just hung up on them. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COST, THEY KNEW THAT CAR HAD WATER ISSUES, THATS WHY THEY HAD A WHOLE LOT OF AIR FRESHENERS IN THERE TO HIDE THE MOLD SMELL. IM ABOUT TO GO ON EVERY SITE POSSIBLE TO WARN PEOPLE.

They were great to us. We drove up from Lexington for a conference, and were stopped by a gorgeous Lexus sitting out front. I really wanted to drive it, but had no time to discuss a purchase. They kindly allowed me to test drive it anyway, and we fell in love with the car! Unfortunately, someone else bought it before we could get back to Cincinnati, but we will not forget the friendly treatment we were shown, or the lack of hardball pressure to purchase. Both made this a very nice place with which we would have certainly done business if we could have.

They get all their busted up cars from Columbus repo auctions, do nothing to the cars but mark them up fifty percent at the minimum. Went to look at a BMW they said was a one owner and when I did the carfax it came from Columbus Repo sale and had major frame damage, true mileage unknown, and not one but six owners, buyer beware!! Nothing but auction junk!!

The complete opposite of what you would think a sales person, does not fit the stereotype! Sincere, genuine, helpful, and personable!! Cant say enough pleasant things, just stop by and see for yourself, oh and did I mention the insane detail Job the cars receive here! Takes pride in each one and it show!/

I bought a truck from here and there were many problems with it after I bought it. I have had it 3 months now and the engine seized up on me.... So I advise you to not purchase vehicles from this business. They are foreign scam artists...... Waste of money!!!!!!
