We came here to have our vehicle serviced. Shortly after we arrived another customer came in complaining about having to bring the car back. So I began to wonder if we should stay. But everyone experience is not the same and that was proven. The service manager came into the waiting room, introduced himself and advised us all that they are working as fast as they could but it would take some time. He apologized, thanked us all for our patience and left. Close to lunch, he came back and checked on everyone and apologized for the wait and ordered lunch for us all. Out of all of the service centers Ive waited in, the service manager at this location took the time to explain to us the wait, checked on us and bought lunch. First time ever experiencing this from a service center. For me it was about the managers sincerity to make sure we (5 customer cars and 7 people) were aware of who he was, the wait and expectancy of service. He also took the time see each and every vehicle owner to explain the the vehicle issues. Even though I had to bring ours back to have the second part done, it wasnt a drag to come back. This was a great first time experience for me, Thank you!!

I went to the US AUTO SERVICE CENTER in UNION CITY last week to get my car serviced for a check engine light. SANEKA the service specialist was very professional and helpful with handling my paperwork and explaining the next steps of getting my car fixed. DRAYTON the service tech did a complete diagnostic text on my car. He was also very professional and helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car and how he was going to fix it. From start to finish I was there about 4 hours and got my car back the same day. JOHN the service manager told me that they would take care of me like family and EVEN GAVE ME A COUPLE OF SLICES OF PIZZA!! I DEFINITELY WILL GO BACK TO THEM IF I ANYMORE CAR REPAIRS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND HAVE US AUTO SERVICE CENTER IN UNION CITY FOR YOUR CAR REPAIRS.....EJ

"MY" experience was with the SERVICE DEPT. and I must say it was the BEST EVER!!! The whole Dept., especially Gerald and John, went ABOVE and beyond to help me with getting my car fixed and getting the job done in a timely manner, while communicating with me every step of the way! My car was being worked on for one problem, but they were able to pinpoint another issue I was having with my car, and get it taken care of as well. I purchased my car from the forest part location last week on the 20th and on today my alternator went out. I had to bring it to the union city location for service. They tell me I have to pay 64.40 in order to pick my car back up after the diagnosis testing. I wasnt informed about this through the forest park manager. I was so upset. Thanks to the staff Gerald Malone he helped me out and informed the manager John Smith and because I wasnt informed and was lied to they took care of me and made it all work out. YES, I will recommend the union city location because they really look out for you with an helping hand.

My vehicle was towed in the very next after purchasing my vehicle. I was very upset going into the service center. My service advisor Charrales Hill helped out a lot with putting me into a loaner vehicle.l and keeping me updated with any repairs that was performed on my vehicle. If I have any more issue with me vehicle I will most definitely love for him to be advisor again while my vehicle is in service at union city. Thanks Mr. Hill I will most definitely refer my friends to you if anything goes wrong with the vehicle.

No prices online. Waited for way to long to find out that the cars are over priced and no warranty. Felt like the car could break down on the way home and I would have been out the money I just spent. The agent we were dealing with didnt really make us feel welcomed either. Sat on her phone in the breakroom the majority of the time we were waiting to see if we were approved. Would have been nice to know all of the rules and what we were getting into during that time instead of wasting EVERYONEs time, including hers

The service was amazing in the service dept! I had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Saneka Spikes and she was nothing short of amazing. My truck needed to be serviced and every step of the way I received phone calls! She was very polite and helpful. Upon arrival she was very professional!!!!!!!! Her co workers as well inside the service center were polite! A very welcoming environment!!!!! She was very knowledgeable of prices, my warranty and vehicles!

Good service and excellent customer service. Bought the car and within a few days I was having issues took the car in only to find out that the issues were not covered under the 30 day warranty. But was told Vechile Service Contract covered it. Drayton the technician rode with me and helped pinpoint the issues. The issues were made known to the service manager and he took care of me. No complaints since.

Willie Brown was my salesman and he got me into exactly the car I wanted and I had several good choices, I had a hard time deciding which car I wanted and Willie Brown was very patient with me while I decided.
