Purchased 2 Volvos looking at our 3rd from Cincinnati Union Center Volvo Highly Recommend, our last Volvo was a 2015 from this company, because they know pricing a mint late Model car low miles gets a mint trade in price, they are professional and the salesmen and GM Doug S look the part old world class run company, they make me and our family feel I can trust them, the location is in a good safe low crime area Important to my family, for the service department I call make a appointment done, it is outstanding no problems, we had a volvo key once give us a problem just a battery 2 sets of keys for 2 Volvo Cars and no problems we keep them in perfect shape do to the fact what they can or would cost.knowing the cost of the car no cheap keys are made. Did how ever have one thing go wrong the Volvo Grill Logo came off the sticker Logo took it in was replaced without question Nice.

Know your cars value before trading in. We were offered a ridiculously low price and given many reasons why he was right and we were wrong. Ultimately, we went to another Volvo dealer in Columbus and got about $4000 more for our trade in than their first offer at this location, without even any haggling. The first woman we spoke to was very good however and treated us very well and did an excellent job. It was the financial person that made us decide not to purchase there with many seemingly deceitful tactics used. (ultra low trade in value, marked our trade in as "poor condition" when it was mint, telling us our car would probably not sell - while every other dealer told us it was the fastest selling Volvo in the country!) Bottom line, if you buy from here - do a LOT of research and be prepared with facts and figures at hand.

Highly recommend to avoid this Cincinnati Union Center Volvo dealership. I called the service department a week in advance to schedule an appointment, in an effort to assure the availability of a courtesy car. The dealership called the day before, the scheduled appointment date to cancel due to their oversight to schedule a courtesy car. Then upon asking when one may become available, they replied “In a week”. I expressed my disappointed and in response the service rep responded “Nothing I can do about it!”.

Service department, especially Chuck Cantor are amazing. The mechanics and service managers are all very knowledgeable, helpful and interested in delivering excellent care and communication. Volvo, the service managers or whomever have gone out of their way numerous to get me coverage even when the car was beyond the normal warranty. Great dealership. Thanks!
