Started out as a great experience. Everyone was very polite and made us believe they genuinely cared about us as the customers. I was in the process of being approved by a lender. They asked us to come back the next day in order to ensure we would get the best deal. We were told/asked to leave at least a $100 deposit (that we could get back) to make sure the vehicle would still be available to us. They were not ablepto get us a deal anywhere near what we talked about, so we ended up walking away. They THEN told us, our deposit was non-refundable after we asked for it back. Ive called multiple times asking to speak with the supervisor and he is ALWAYS with a customer or doing something other than making it right with me. Supposedly, there is nothing they can do about it.

I feel bad for them. I really thought they were good guys. I trusted they told me the truth. I was wrong. Got a "deal" on a truck and the very afternoon I bring it home the check engine light come on. I paid cash for the truck, no monthly payments. Also the power steering hose has a massive leak and was pouring out fluid. The next day I am driving the truck and everytime I step on the accelerator the whole truck shakes. I would take it back but it was as-is. That is fine, but I will not be recommending these guys to anyone. If fact I will do my best to post this information on every review site I can find.

Well I got a vehicle there and was making my payments on time mind you until this past month....I called and made arrangements on the issue and was told they "put me in the system" so that my vehicle would not get taken away...well I was lied to and now I am on foot with my family and major issues...I now have to find a way to get to DR appointments also to get a Soldier back and forth to his meetings also to the VA clinic since he is a Vet!!! Thanks so much for everything you guys!! The only thing nice was the repo people. at least they made sure we did not have to walk back to my home in the heat!!! ugh.

I went to look at a specific truck and told them I wanted to do buy here pay here because I was working on my credit for a house and didnt want to run my credit. He said no problem we can get you in it and took my information. Give minutes later I got a notification that my credit was being ran on my phone. I questioned him about it he said we think we can get you financed but either way we do buy here pay here. 2 days later after hearing nothing from him I went in the store and they said we cant get you in that truck buy we can get you in a car. The service here was horrible and he was very dishonest.

A diamond in the rough - at least this is what I can say about my shopping experience at TRI City Auto Mart in Lexington. It is not an easy task to buy a used car, but the price was excellent and the seller did not push at all and was patient to answer all the questions we had. The business it is family owned and they are doing their best to treat you like family and maybe you will become a permanent customer. So next time your shop in the area, just stop by and check if they have something you are interested in so you may be in for a nice surprise.

Great experence here! Everyone here is so helpful and polite and they made buying a car simple and easy. They really take the time to help you find what you want. If you dont buy from these guys then your going to get ripped off. Im glad to have bought a car from them. When im in the market for another car i will go here first.

I didnt end up buying from them because we couldnt come together on a price but they answered every question I had and didnt play the "Let me go ask my manager games" or leave me sitting in an office for have an hour. They treated me with more respect than a lot of dealers have.

Dont ever buy from thus place. Vehicles are bought from auctions and put straight on the lot without any inspection. The vehicle I bought kept on breaking down so I gave it back and now I am fighting a wage garnishment. Either way it goes, they will get their money.

Bought a car there years ago very bad experience they told me the car was 100000 miles and when a fixed the odometer it was over 200000 miles the car was just horrible .Plus I had no credit at the time so my interest rate was extremely hight....

they have the worst accounting. these people repoed my car and told me i was 4 months behind. later that day the discovered they were wrong!!! they would not return my vehicle unless i paid and illegal repo fee!!! ill see them in court!!

Nice people, but I went in there to buy a bike today and they couldnt even make a deal on a bike they wanted 1900 for. I offered 1700 cash and I will take the title and pay the taxes. To bad, nice bike but o well
