I had a great experience working with Greg McClave in the Thousand Oaks store. I had an old family ring which I wanted to have taken apart and made into a pendant. He warned me about the hazards of working with these fine stones (opals and diamonds) but didnt discourage me from doing so and was enthusiastic to provide me with the piece I wanted and gave me an estimate. He called me personally about the item when it was ready and it was less than he had originally quoted me. I am very pleased with the outcome of the final product and there was no damage to it or the original ring. I plan to return with other items I may want to have resized or remade. I was very happy with the work and the service.

Sterling Heights

Went in to ask If a ring was a diamond or CZ. Could not tell me by looking. Was told I needed to pay $50 and leave it overnight for an appraisal .
