A reasonable grocery store that was once great. The stores dont have meat cutters in the store any more, so forget custom cuts, its all wrapped in plastic. And if you send a note to their consumer services (hah!) they wont reply. They tell you they take your note seriously but by not replying they can do more for you. Ha! They dont care. This is a once locally-owned chain thats now in the hands of absentee owners who are making like all their other stores, and taking out the special service that we once had from Giant. I now usually go to Harris Teeter, just up the street. They have meat cutters in the store, and they respond fast to customer comments.

The waiters at Giant are uneducated, poor low class people who are on the bottom are not good enough for serving highly educated high class people who are on the top. The did the worst job ever. The waiters at Giant should be educated to serve high class people. Worst service ever.

Convenient Giant near the corner of Seven Locks and Tuckerman with average selection. There are nicer Giant stores, particularly the one in Traville Gateway. I keep coming back because the location is so convenient.

The high school level waiters who are on the bottom are stupid because they are high school graduates. They made several stupid mistakes. They should be educated to serve doctoral level customers who are on the top.

The interior of this store is tired and in need of renovation. Lines forming at registers quickly back into product aisles. Checkout staff not very efficient.

The electronic discount from the website does not always work. It is frustrating but the Staff at Cabin John are very nice and are willing to work with you
