Tonight I arrived at 9:50 PM and asked the staff person working at the self-checkout lanes right inside the door and near the Customer Service desk about purchasing a digital TV converter box. She said they didnt have any and that theyd been sold out for a while and didnt have any plans to get more. Dismayed, I went ahead and did the rest of my shopping. When I checked out at 10:10, I asked another person now working near the "Customer Service" desk if she knew if they had any converter boxes--she looked behind the Customer Service desk and didnt see any--but I did, on the bottom shelf, and I pointed the box out to her. She said that the Customer Service desk was closed so she couldnt sell me the box--but I could come back tomorrow. Fat chance. A closed Customer Service desk at an open store is an oxymoron.

i have a bad customer service with this lady her name was:DORIS she does not know how to talk to the customer the first time i need help with a coupon and she said if you dont know how to used this dont scan it and the second time was like a week ago i went to the customer service for rent a carpet cleaner and she said no you cant rent the machine because you address does not match with your id i hate that women you will know she is the only hispanic with yellow hair she a bit@#

I love their prices, and their selection. (beats Giant and Safeway, if you dont mind the downscale atmosphere) Even though their customer service desk closes at 9pm, they are always friendly and helpful. I usually bug em for money orders. I think they are 24 hour except for Sunday nites, and they close one entrance, so some people might feel locked out late at night, till they try the other entrance. Id miss them a lot, if they folded up, like the Chantilly Rt 50 one did.

Arrived at 3:50am after my bar shift. Allegedly open 24 hours, but the doors were locked and no one was inside. If you advertise being open 24 hours, you better be open 24 hours.
