The first time I stopped in it was a good experience, good selection competitive prices knowledgeable staff. I was in last week and that is when everything went horribly wrong and will be the last visit. This shop is owned by 2 partners. As I said my fist visit at this establishment was good and that is because owner #1 was there and he is a nice guy that is very helpful and seamed to be a decent guy. The next time I shopped at vapor trails I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with owner #2 an as usual difficult middle eastern with an attitude that Americans owe them everything and that is when the issue accrued. He sold me a piece and I spent around $100.00. I went home with my things. The next day one of the pieces broke so I returned to buy a replacement part. When I returned owner #2 was there again and he helped me with the part I needed. I asked him to take the piece out of the display I purchased the day before so we could match it to fit as it was identical to the unit I bought, this is when everything went wrong. He did not wont to open the display because he was in a hurry and or lazy. He said it would fit but I asked him a second time and he said he knew it would work just looking at it. Yah right so I get home and slip my new replacement part into position and the damn thing slid right though and sank to the bottom of the apparatus and was stuck. I spent the next hour trying to remove it. I was getting no ware so I brought back to vapor trails and one of his staff helped me because owner was busy. He said he would not have sold me the parts without fitting it first lol,, he knows how to do his job unlike his boss that does not give a crap about customer service or anything but his selfish self for that matter (typical middle eastern). The employee tried his best to remove the part but could not. When the owner was finished yelling to who ever was on the phone, first clue this guy was a jerk finally assisted me. So he tried to remove it and broke my $100.00 unit and then started his attitude trying to blame everybody and thing but himself and did not want to replace it. I lost it right in front of customers because he had me so pissed. I said okay you caused this issue that could have been completely avoided but he is a hardheaded stubborn jackass of a man like Ishmael that he is related to through ancestors and would not take a few minutes to check and make sure it would fit the apparatus in the case that was identical to mine in the beginning. Because I was a bit loud and odiously upset he finally offed to replace it. Wow this guy is really something else and it is to bad because it ruined an otherwise decent neighborhood vape shop that was close by and convenient. Damn Muslims have to ruin every good in the world.

Theyll overchare you on all juul products. Usually a juul starter pack goes for 50 dollars. However they tried to charge me 75 dollars. So if youd like to save 25 dollars just order from the juul website, their still 50 there and they come with free delivery. They also upcharge juul pods here, i suggest ordering them online in quantities of 3 since you recieve free 2 day shipping. This store is a juul scam artist.

Great local smoke shop, they have friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have a walk in humidor. Great selection of pipes, bongs, grinders for the herb connoisseur. Very reasonably priced.
