The first time I found the store, I was happy to find a vape and smoke shop near my house. They even helped me find a cool flavor of e-cig juice. Less than 2 weeks ago, I spoke to the younger employee because my device at the time stopped working. I told him that I needed it for a few weeks, then I would come back and drop $200-300 on a permanent set up. I just needed a small, painless device around $50 to get me by. He sold me a Mi-One ($49.99), and told me it was a solid vape setup, and great for the money. He even told me I could get a discount when I traded it up. Mind you, Ive already spent over $1,000 at this business, and I went there 3-4 times per week. Within a few hours of use, the MiOne was discharging e-juice into my mouth, and burnt my face by shooting out small, hot droplets of e-juice. the battery life was also awful--it lasted about ten hits, and charges intermittently. When I told the owner (the older fellow) about it, he said I was "over-filling" the device, which I wasnt--I dont like wasting the liquid in something that clearly doesnt work. Today, Saturday, April 15th 2017, I brought it into the same guy that sold it to me, demonstrated what it was doing, and the battery died when he was checking it. I asked to swap it out, but he informed me that they dont "accept returns or give refunds," which is ridiculous. Apparently, as soon as you buy something there, even if it doesnt work, youre out of luck. After demonstrating that the MiOne was spitting e-juice into my mouth, causing me to cough, he still just flat out told me that "it still works, dude." After talking to the manufacturer, they told me to take it back in, and that the company can return it for me. Clearly, clearly not the case. While I was in the middle of talking to him about the issue, he just started helping another customer, so I left. My advice: do not shop here. There are dozens of better shops all over the valley that sell working, quality merchandise that a) works, and b) will exchange your defective item(s). Very, very bad experience. I will make sure that all of my friends are aware that this is a shady outfit with a lack of customer service altogether. If youre shopping for something you want thats going to work, go elsewhere. They overcharge on cigarettes, juice, and their e-cig products, and frankly, they just dont care about their customers, and act like jerks unless theyre selling you something. BUYER BEWARE! I considered leaving two stars, but it has become clear that they were only kind and helpful when money was coming out of my wallet. Do yourself a favor, and find one of the many other legitimate outfits around town.

This smoke shop is trash. From the moment you walk in, you are not greeted, cared for, or assisted in any way. The owner and the guys at the front are ALWAYS talking on their phone and never even care to provide customer service. Prices are ridiculous for the cheap and basic glass work they have. If there was less than one star Id give that. Do not waste your time here

Its a dingy little store. We stopped in for beer on our way to a party and found out they do not sell it. I assume its because they are a smoke shop. The guy behind the counter seemed high as a kite or maybe hes just really chill... could be.
