Driving home from a long work day I had decided to check out a different smoke shop in the Orem area on sunday. Im happy I decided to stop by this shop, I walked in to see a multitude of different and interesting items all throughout the store. There are lots of different and cool stuff like a Bee Gees vinyl, clothing, hookahs, Kanger pro tanks, varieties of organic papers, and the super cool owner Brandon chilling out to an original Pink Floyd vinyl on a vintage looking record player while relaxing in a very comfortable looking corner in the back of his store. I walked around his store perusing the many artifacts and new age smoking devices without feeling uncomfortable or under any pressure to buy something or get the #u(k out of his store. When Brandon sensed that I needed some assistance he got up from his meditative Pink Floyd induced trance and was very easy to talk with and he answered all of my many and probably annoying questions about various products. While asking about his store I came to find out that he also owns and runs a record store next door. I asked about how he obtained all of the hundreds upon hundreds of records he had whether it be a vendor or the DI and found out it was his personal collection he gained all throughout his life. I was very impressed with his businesss and will be back again by myself or with some friends tagging along to check out this little gold mine of real peace tucked in along state street.

I came in this morning at 10:30 which were the posted hours on the door. I realized I was there just a few minutes after the posted time so I decided I would come back. A half hour later, i longboarded yet again to the shop and it wasnt open at 11:00. So i decided to get something to eat and came back at 11:30 Still nobody was there an hour and a half after opening time. Brandon didnt come in till 12:00. When I brought up that nobody was there and that I was frustrated he stated "it happens man" and didnt bother to apologize. While it does happen, I would expect more from somebody I have been going to for 2 years. The reason he has had such trouble is because he doesnt put the customer first. Im going to continue to go because it is the closest to my residence but I have been very disappointed with the customer service on several occasions. As far as the shop, it is really great. Always is in stock and has a very interesting and wide selection. Step it up Brandon, or hire someone to be there at opening time. Im sick of this.

I have now had two TERRIBLE experiences here. The owner (and now the only dude working there) is a complete jerk, who also should probably wash his FILTHY hands every now and again. Take your business to Stogies, they have always been amazing! Do not waste your energy or money at this establishment. Maybe he should start "Imagining Peace" if he wants to have any customers!

Very nice vinyl collection and beautiful selection of glass pieces, I would suggest brightening up the inside of the store though and maybe cleaning up a bit just cause it seemed a little dark and grungy inside
