DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Where do I begin. When I first went to buy they were very nice. I drove off of the lot very happy. Later that evening my check engine light comes on. I take the car to get it checked out and the computer needed to be reprogrammed as well as the oil taken out and changed Bc they put the wrong oil into the engine. At that point I started to feel leery Bc I felt like they disconnected the battery so that the check engine light went off in order for them to make the sale. Bc it was an as-is sale.... I didnt call I just handled it. Then I go to pick up my tags and the motor vehicles tells me they cant issue me a tag Bc the dealership never took my car through emissions. How do you sell a car to someone and never had it taken through emissions? So I had to drive around with no tag. Hola refused to issue me another temp tag. By the grace of God there was a woman the 3rd time I went back to motor vehicles who helped me out with my tag. At this point Im furious. Im not sure if I its Bc I didnt speak Spanish that they treated me this way but I felt discrimination at this point. I opted for biweekly payments to pay my note. The thing about this company is that you literally have to pay at the location that you purchased your car from. You cant make a payment over the phone. You have to bring them cash. Another shady red flag. There was one week that I missed my car payment Bc I couldnt get to the actual location. I offered to pay over the phone and thats when I realized that I could only come to the location to pay. I paid the payment the following week, reason being is I broke my leg. I could not drive and had to have someone bring my payment in for me. So I paid it a week behind. They accepted my payment. And then came and took my car. I lie to u not. I paid 7 days after my bi weekly payment was due. And they took my car and then told me that I have to pay all of these fees and redo the application process! I have never in my life. They make so much money off of one car by running thier business like this. They sell it, take it and do it all over again. My neighbor went to them as well to get a car after me, guess what, they took his too. So I told them they can keep the car. I went to go get my personal belongings out of the car and they threw all of my stuff away. One location blamed it on the other location. No one wanted to accept responsibility. I ended up filing theft reports against the dealerships. A total nightmare. They will get you in a car easy... but beware... its like selling ur soul to the devil. You are always at risk of walking out your house and your car being gone. I saw a review saying the same thing before I purchased a car from them. I shouldve took heed. If you are looking for some place to buy a car, a legit buy here pay here, go to Pars Cars. They helped me out after this nightmare. You deal with a legit business, good cars, and low monthly payments. You can actually make your payments over the phone or have them drafted out of your accounts. Stay far away from HOLA.

HOLA Auto Sales are what a dealership should be! The staff delivered professional customer service and they were very family oriented. I was in the market for a second vehicle... a reliable point A to point B. My salesman helped me find exactly what I was looking for. This dealership has a variety of nice, well equiped used cars, trucks, vans and SUVs. Althought I was really impressed with their inventory, my salesman helped me stick to my game plan without pressuring me to over extend my budget. When I first came across "Hola" auto sales, my credit was horrible and I was in desperate need of a car, a specific one. Unfortunately they didnt have that one at the dealer, so I had to settle with another one, but of course I mentioned to the salesman Harold to let me know whenever my dream car was in stock. A little over a year I was told that it was and I didnt hesitate to go and make a change. The paperwork didnt take that long so I walked out with my dream car that same day. Im so glad that they trusted me enough to let me start driving in a matter of a couple of hours. Thank you "Hola" auto sales, in particular thank you to Mr. Harold!!!

Omg not only was the customer service amazing but we were in and out of there in the matter of minutes and thats not where we were originally supposed to be we had an appointment next door to actually go pick up a vehicle but the vehicle we were supposed to pick up was sold and they never even let us know we ended up stoping by Hola auto and right away we seen a vehicle that was not only within our budget but it was exactly what we were looking for I not only recommend this auto place I bet you that the minute you walk in you will find what your looking for love it love it love it

I can not believe I chose them over many other dealerships. I am going to have to get an attorney because this is becoming too much. I just bought a car from them that I only had a few days to drive it before it broke down on me twice and its been in the shop so Im stuck with no car on Christmas week wow. Im so upset right now. I try to call for manager and they say they dont know how to get in touch with him Im just wasting my time and money on this.

I am very pleased with my car. Rich was very helpful. It was a no-pressure shop and sell. I do not remember the name of the woman who did all of the final paperwork, but she was very pleasant. The car that I purchased was the model and year that Id been searching for. I waited 2 months to write my review so that I had a chance to really drive the car. I would definitely recommend checking them out. It was worth my time and money. Thanks Rich and crew!
