Absolutely the worst worst worst car buying experience in my entire life. From unprofessional, uncaring salesman all the way to the title department gm and owner. They list low prices on their nice looking cars but theres a catch: You have to fill your own tank when I left, change my own oil, and put new rotors and pads on the car they wont budge a penny on price nor fix anything on the car they just act like their the cream of the crop or something, ok I let that slide. like the old saying you get what you pay for though. Your better off going to a real dealership where customer service is valued at least some what and buy a car thats a little more expensive because after you spend money fixing your car from them it equals the same price anyways or puts you over blue book to. They messed up my paper work and were late paying the previous Lean off my car it took them 30 days just to do that so I couldnt drive the car because it wasnt covered by insurance and from other reviews I see they give the same excuse for that to. Next I receive a call 42 days after purchase ( keep in mind tag expires in 45 days I still cant register my car because they sent someone elses title) saying I owe them 217$ and that they were holding my title until I paid this 217$ that they just discovered 42 days after purchase and deal has been closed. They didnt care about my situation that I was a 100% medically retired combat infantry veteran, expecting my first child next month, just put a new roof on my house last week, they didnt care one bit showed no care no emotion just noting but attitude from every person I talked to or they just blow you off. Also I just discovered they messed up my sales tax on top of all this so after I finally pay them there petty 217$ that was their mistake, I owe 1,108$ out of pocket at the tag office 700$ in messed up sales tax and 400$ in late fees!!!!!!! Stay away from all the gravity autos I wish I would have seen the reviews from others first, these are the most crooked, sneakiest, laziest, snakes, unprofessional and greediest people I have ever ever met in my entire life!!!! Any 5 star reviews have to either 90% be fake or 10% straight cash buyers. This experience falls on my list of top 5 regrets in my life.

Only giving a star because I have to! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! I was so skeptical from buying after I read their awful reviews thinking, okay maybe just maybe my experience will be different.... WRONNNNNGGGGGGG!!!!!! From the get go, the salesman "Mo" was arguing with ME And talking rude the whole time. Not negotiating price, not negotiating my previous cars trade in value. when I showed other competitors prices, he grabbed the owner who was A NIGHTMARE just to belittle me and talk down on me, telling me I had no idea about the car business. Told me I needed to buy the car and respect his business so that he could put food in his kids mouth, AS HE DROVE OFF IN HIS MASERATI!!! Hahaha, okay. After telling me a certain price for my trade in value, once on paperwork it was $1,000 LESS than what he said, and again lied and finessed his way around it. At this point I was over it, decided after getting treated so awful that I would leave. Shane (obv a manager) chased me out asking what he could do to make it better. Promised me, 6 months of one time a month 20$ of gas and once a month detailing. BECAUSE I WAS IN LOVE WITH THE CAR ONLY, I Went through and bought the car. They brushed off writing it down in detail because "they wouldnt forget me" since then, the bank that I did the loan with had the hardest time ever getting my new cars title. As they told her they couldnt find it AFTER telling me it was there at the shop, that I needed to come sign papers immediately. So, I had to take more time off of work just to be told my title was lost. Which again was BS, Five hours later I got a call saying they miraculously found my title. Ha. I thought the nightmare was over. Until today! I called up spoke with Shane, who promised the detailing in gas, just to be told I was pretty much lying and he didnt remember saying that. This place was hell. Not just for me but for many many people. DO NOT GO TO THESE UNDESERVING MEN!!!!!!!!

This dealership provided a wonderful experience. I dealt primarily with Sales Consultant Shane. He provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions and concerns. I came in with my own financing and he corresponded with my bank providing all the documents needed to ensure when I arrived and was ready to test drive the vehicle, if I wanted the vehicle all would be in order and would be a smooth process. When I had concerns regarding the tires that were on the used vehicle, they advised they would be willing to put me in contact with their tire guy. Since the tires would need to be replaced right away I requested his information to assess what the cost would, to include this in my decision making process of whether this was the vehicle for me. The sales representative advised their GM of my concerns, and the GM Nick, himself came over to speak with me. I was in no way asking them to replace the tires on the used vehicle I understood this was a risk I would take on myself since I was buying used. However he, Nick, went above and beyond and offered me the tires with their tire guy and ensured that I was satisfied and comfortable with his offer. This is truly exceptional service, for a business to be willing to ensure the customer is taken care of without them having to ask. This was a very smooth transaction, I got there and my sales rep. I had been in contact with introduced himself, let me take the car for a test drive. The GM Nick took care of my other concerns, and the finance rep. that helped me finalized the paperwork was Kash. All 3 gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with and ensured I had all I needed to be on my way. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a great car & customer service. My car is clean and like NEW even though I bought it used. I hope this helps someone who’s looking for a great dealership to do business with.

"This was my first experience with Gravity Autos Peachtree Industrial location......which In my search for a luxury used car I visited a number of dealers throughout the Atlanta Market however found that the quality and selection of Gravity Autos Inventory was far superior in terms of Quality and price. While I had already visited another of their locations and had a pleasant experience I wasnt 100% sold on the car that Id test driven and thought to go online and view the Inventory at another of their locations which happened to be their Peachtree Industrial Location. I was able to chat with a representative about status of the car and was soon contacted by Mohammed whom answered my initial questions set an appointment for me to visit their location on the following morning. I live more than a hour away and when I arrived to their location I was kindly greeted by Mohammed and was invited inside wherein he took the time to introduced me to Kash the Finance Manager whom also kindly welcomed me and thanked me for stopping. To get right down to it, I test drove the car that I was interested in was really impressed with Mohammeds knowledge of the particular BMW I was interested in. I cant say enough about Mohammed as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, Im a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations which I must commend Finance Manager Kash for his efforts that went above and beyond in working through the financial details. Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. ”
