After not getting any notice that my "Run It Until It Sells Ad" expired. I called to have it renewed as instructed on their website. After waiting 28:32 minutes. I was told they could retrieve the ad but without pictures. No problem let me put you on hold sir - "Click"

Too slow making price changes. Forget that VIP stuff, there simply is no value in what they offer. They give the impression that they are going to make the ad better, but they use the information that is already on the basic ad. Dont fall for this scam.

Autotrader is useless. It is expensive to list even the lowest add, you cant post anywhere near the amount of pictures as competing add agencies. The only responses I received for my add were third party agencies offering to list my add elsewhere.

The manager will have you work to 11 or 10 and you have a child then there to expensive and pay you very little this is the worst company I will rather go to car max this is the building in sandy springs
