My salesman and the finance lady were great!!! They get 5 stars but the vehicle gets 0. They told me they would fix the wheel flare that had came loose. It looked like they had but after I bought I was going down highway and it flew off causesing me to wreck and caused damage to the persons car behind me. Thats no big deal compared to the problems I have had. 15 minutes after signing the papers the check engine light came on and wouldnt start. They reset the computer and it was fine except light came back on. I took it in to get fixed and it was a blown head gasket, differential leak and few other issues. I got my vehicle back after them having almost 2 weeks and not even an hour after getting it the check engine light was back on. I have to take it back in to see whats wrong with it plus Im having exhaust issues, brakes need replaced, there is problems with both passenger windows. They both wont roll down now and lights on my instrument panel dont work. I explained to my salesman about my fear of buying another used car cause of the issues I had from my previous vehicle and I told him I know he cant guarantee nothing would go wrong with this one but they HAD TO HAVE KNOWN ABOUT ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH IT. Also, when it rains both floor boards are soaked and water gets in all around dash cause of the sunroof drain need a fixed. PLEASE BE AWARE if you go to Frontier Motors. They will get you financed but probably sell you a lemon. All of this happened with my vehicle starting DAY 1 thru the first 30 days.

Okay, first off... This is an amazing car dealership. They worked so much to get me into the car I wanted. Walked in expecting to get bombarded with sales questions and found that my space was well respected. Ryan (my sales person) walked perfectly the line of giving me the information I needed and the space I wanted. They worked well with my credit union and took care of all the paperwork. At the end I the sale the owner of the dealership himself came over to shake my hand and thank me for the sale. All of the vehicles they sell are inspected and carry a warranty. This proved to be very handy when an unforeseeable issue in the vehicle left me stranded. They were eager to correct this issue promptly. My vehicle is running strong and I love it I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

When no other dealership would help me. Frontier Motors was there to help me get financed!! Not once but twice!! Frontier was also able to help my close family members and friends. They have a friendly staff who actually treats you like they want your business unlike most other dealerships i have been to. Its an easy decision for me to say I would definitely Recommend Frontier motors over any other dealership!! They have great deals, and they are willing to work with those who are in need of a vehicle and are in a tight spot on finances such as myself. There is no doubt in my mind that so long as frontier motors is open and i need a vehicle i will be coming back for their excellent services!

I very rarely write reviews for businesses, but I felt compelled to highlight the excellent customer service and attentiveness I received from this dealership. Not only was the car buying experience top-notch and seamless, but the care Ive received afterward (free repairs, quick responses to questions, professionalism from all associates) was incredible. Ive worked with quite a few dealerships and none have left the impression that this one has. One recommendation: invest in new computers for customer use. They slow down the tempo in your office, and it was enough of a disparity for me to mention. Thanks again, Frontier Motors.

Very friendly staff. They have good vehicles at very good prices. Everyone was willing to work with you and do what they can to get you a vehicle. This place is the best place ive been to buy a car. They are very helpful and knowlegable. I highly reccomend frontier motors. They are good people and wont sell you a bad car. Ive had no problems out of mine and im happy with the service they provided. And a huge thank you to jeff for getting me a safe vehicle for my son and I after my accident.

My husband and I had looked and looked at numerous cars at differnt car lots and most of them made us feel like we were invading there time by asking questions about a car. But at Frontier Motors they went out of there way to comidate us and made us feel very comfortable. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer oh about 6 years ago, and it has been an awesome car! I Decided to upgrade to something a little nicer recently, and figured why go anywhere else. They have a great staff, very friendly people. You wont feel intimidated walking in here, as you might with some larger dealerships! Great selection of vehicles as well, so if your looking for a used car do yourself a favor and go check them out!

Thanks for being there for me Frontier. The owner Brian and my salesman Ryan really treated me like they cared . They looked all over to find the car I wanted, then got it to me within 12hrs. My husband and I are so pleased with Frontier Motors!!! Jeff was amazing!! They were able to work with us and we drove off the lot in our new 2012 Ford Fusion!! I have been burnt by other car lots before, but Frontier Motors really raised the bar! I am so pleased with our overall experience that I would do it over again in a heart beat. I highly recommend Frontier, I will never go anywhere else in the future.
