I will never do business with them. I was treated as if I was an inconvenience. Called about a car I found online and was told by Scott the car had been pulled yesterday pending sale. He stated he had another car available essentially the same as the first with less miles that I could look at today. I asked him how late he would be there because I live almost 2 hrs away. He said that was no problem he would still be there when I arrived. I was very excited to see this car after the long drive but when I arrived I found out Scott had left for the day. There was some confusion with the salesman that was there about what car I was looking for. He never even introduced himself until I asked who he was about 10 mins after I had explained what car I was looking for. I waited for them to locate this car for over 20 mins to finally be told it must have been recalled. There was never an apology for making me wait for a car that was not even there, the fact the person I had spoke with had left without even mentioning to his coworkers that I was driving so far to see this car, or that I had spent my time and money to travel this far to do business with them for no reason. The poor communication and lack of appreciation this business shows for its customers is the reason for the first time Im writing a review. Ive never been so disappointed by a business. I have no idea how they rate as high as they do.

I bought a new to me, used car on June 6, 2015. My salesman was Craig Perkins and he was AWESOME! He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely friendly, but, not pushy. He stayed late to finish up my purchase, while he was helping two other clients, and didnt whine about it either. :) I did 3 weeks of research on the web before I chose to buy from them. It takes 3 + weeks to get your title, but, when I called and spoke to Darrell about the fact that a holiday weekend was coming up, he expedited getting my title sent to me so I could get my plates before the 30 day temporary tag expired. I also dealt with their service department to get my car taken to Nissan to fix 2 recalls (that I was aware of when I bought the car) They were also easy to deal with. I rented a car from them for 1 day while they took care of the recalls. The two ladies in the rental department were also very nice. The rental car I was given was a nice little Nissan Versa and it only cost me $25.00 + tax for one day. My own insurance covered me while I was driving the rental. In case I missed someone, I will say that everyone I dealt with was easy to deal with. So far my experience with them has been positive in every way. I dont normally like dealing with salespeople, but, Craig was the exception. Thank you Craig.

I feel like I need to respond to the previous reviewers Mrs Wetzel and Mrs Humphrey. I was shopping for a vehicle at the same time she was and I feel her review was a little unfair. Normally I wouldnt write a review seeing as how I havent actually purchased a vehicle yet. She said she waited 20 min for him to locate the car, but what she neglected to mention was she had told him she was looking for a different car than she came in on. After that was straightened they found out that the car she did come in on had been sent out for a safety recall, and while its unfortunate that the car she did come in on wasnt there its nice to know they actually take care of safety recalls and dont sell potentially dangerous cars. After the salesman tried to rectify the situation and tried to show her some of the other 12 Camrys they had she would have none of it and said a few insulting things and stormed off. Like I said normally I dont write many reviews but I felt that review was a little unfair. Mike Albert has been nothing short of great to work with and I will continue to send friends and family there.

There are some disconnects between their departments. Ive had to draw their attention to a number of things that they didnt catch which has put me in some tough spots at times. Ive been waiting on a $34 reimbursement since May. Ive been communicated with via email but no one ever answers the phone or responds to my voicemails with a phone call. I was told the $34 would be deducted from my monthly for months until I finally requested just a simple check in the mail; that check has been "mailed" numerous times and never made its way to me. When I spoke to them about purchasing the car I was given a value of $4,300. A year later when I circled back around about purchasing I was told the price was $4,700. When I asked about the $400 increase I was never given a response; Ive emailed and called numerous times. If I lived in Cincy Id just go there in person but Im in TX. Its just been more of a hassle than it should be, I think. Hope this helps.

This review is in regards to the rental department. I recently reserved a conversion van from Mike Albert Direct for a bachelor party. When I arrived to pick up my reservation after a 9 hour drive, I had nothing but problems. First, the customer service was bad. The woman made me feel like a moron because I didnt carry my insurance card with me. My bad. Then, when she confirmed my insurance, she proceded to tell me that I dont have collision coverage on my insurance policy and that there was nothing to be done. Nothing. Nada. Not only was I unaware that Mike Albert didnt provide ANY insurance on their rentals, but there was no effort made to help me. No references to other rental companies, no alternative options. And what made me most angry was the lack of sympathy for the fact that my weekend was completely shot. So, if you are looking for a rental, save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.

What a huge 4 hour plus drive from Indiana to Ohio and back all for nothing. Called and spoke with Scott about a vehicle. he thought that one was gone but called me back 10 minutes later and said he had the exact same car color everything even less mileage on the lot that he would do the same pricing as the vehicle I had called on. I informed him I had quite a drive and was assured he would be there till 7:30. We started out construction in both states took us close to 2 hours both directions. I arrived no Scott. No introduction from who was there and then no car. My advice dont waste your miles or time. Yes they have a lot to pick from and I am sure there would have been something there that would have satisfied but it wasnt what I was told they had in stock and was not what I drove over 4 hours to see. what a joke for auto sales
