A Bored Geek
The product selection was nice and typical of your middle of the road furniture stores. Their customer service is why they get a 1 star rating. The employee that assisted us, after 15 minutes of wandering the store without any help, did a horrible job of assuming what my income was. I explained that I only wanted a leather living room set, yet based on my appearance she assumed that I could not afford any of the regular priced sets that were available. She kept insisting that my family and I look in the clearance section because we may find something we "like" there. She then suggested that if we needed help financing the furniture in the clearance section, that it was available. I guess she still didnt understand that me saying "no thanks, Im paying cash", was my subtle hint that I can easily afford something outside of the clearance section. It looks like I wont be spending $4-5k on a living & bedroom set at this store.

My husband went on the weekend to make a payment. He never has a problem when asked whos name is it under. The lady asked him for the number and he said he didnt know whos number is it under. The lady then told him well a lot of people pop out on Canal Place. She was rude and thats the worst customer service hes had!
