I like Black Fox Beauty Supply but The last time I was there I had my little chihuahua with me in my arms ( Holding her) and it was her birthday and she was wearing a little green dress and this lady that worked there thought she was so cute and mind you I have brought my chihuahua in there before this might have been the third time and this other lady at the register gets on the phone before I know it the woman hangs up the phone and she comes up to me and said she just spoke with the manager and tells me that dogs are not allowed in the store. Now if I had my dog on a leash and I was walking her all through the store if my dog was barking constantly at people and keeping up noise I would understand. I told her could I please just get the three items I needed and she said no. I asked my mom for the keys and told her I could not bring my dog in the store and my mom was like weve brought her here before. I wish that the very first time that I brought my dog with me that they would have told me that she could not come in the store and now this woman I never seen before decides to go behind my back and call the manager instead of talking to me. I was so willing to give them my money she would not even allow me to buy 3 items. My grandmother said that she would sit in the car with my puppy. I went back in the store. my mom asked me some opinions on the products that she was purchasing then I went to the aisle that I needed I picked up the three items and as I was holding them and giving my opinion to my mother about what she was going to purchase. All I could think about was Ive been here before with my dog and this woman called the manager and there was no chaos no reason for her to call the manager so I was thinking in my head I am not going to give her my money !!! So I put the products back on the shelf and she has plenty other customers I know shes not missing out on me and my money. I am literally trying to give you my business my money and all you could do was Focus on the little Chihuahua that I was holding in my arms ! But they SHOULD ALWAYS State THE RULES from the VERY BEGINNING when you walk into their store. I should not have been allowed to bring my dog in there the last two times I was there. Just Very Disappointed with their Behaviour. Be clear in the beginning dont let me keep bringing my dog into your store if that is REALLY against the rules.

I have been there a few times, and will not go anywhere else not because of the staff. I can work around ignorance. Black fox on WW White store is clean they take care of their products they sell. Yes, a few girls have sort of turn away from helping me but I go get them straight from the counter, when I did that they came to help me or sent someone to help me. They where very helpful.. from my experience going to the store, Ive seen some people "customers" who wasnt nice as soon as they walked in the store. If you take into account the area the store is in I would be skeptical to who comes in too. On another note, Everytime I go there the staff at the counter greats me and that makes me feel appreciated. I believe it was the manager who cashed me out and she asked me if I was part of their rewards club and I wasnt, she signed me up and it pays off. So give the girls a break and just losing up a little Im sure they will come around. They are just like most of us women we look to see who will be rude first, I speak first no matter what you never know how people day is going especially dealing with customers we can be a lot to deal with at times..lol great store I will be back soon to purchase hair for my daughters prom. Sorry for the book.

I had a great experience @ Black Fox the Saturday I went. The woman that helped me showed me how to put on my wig and how to take care of it. My husband even tipped her for her service. However that same day the wig I was so excited to have came apart that evening. When I found out they were open on Sunday I was so happy. Unfortunately their policy is no returns or exchanges. I thanked the woman for telling me but I will never do business there nor will I recommended them to any of my family or friends.

Horrible customer service from one employee in particulr (dark skinned wears light brown hair, talks ignorant). Slammed down wigs so hard on the counter one model head toppled over. Rude and plain ignorant. I personally refuse to spend my money which sucks cuz here i love to buy from my people. She promotes bad business:/

i love going here for my products! they are always so helpful and nice to me and my family. This is my store; when i come to SA to visit it is a must that i come here! they have almost every product you can think of and new product that i cant find anywhere but there. i would defiantly recommend anyone to visit.

OMG I decided to drive 20min on a Sunday in hopes that this BBS was open. To my delight it was and the staff was so helpful waaaayyyyy better than any of the other BSSs that I have frequented. I reall appreciated the help with product selection :-) I will definitely be back.

The girls whom work there today are cocky, and belittling, the cashier is like nice in a rude way. The other girl is mean. They are nice to favortism for certain others. Other tubes that the product in store are cool! This is the store on ww white road and MLK

Came from out of town and very impressed. Just glad it wasnt your normal overpacked store with no help. Very clean facility and very professional with a lot of options. Didnt give it a 5 only bc I couldnt find a lot of their pricing on the hair packs.

This is the only place I have been too that is open on sunday! They have very friendly staff and a great selection of products. I have been here for a year and I thought I would never find a place that catered to black women that met my standards!

only place I go for hair/hair care products theyre so nice & have answers to all my questions I live close to the other location but this store hands down has the largest selection in San Antonio :) been going to them for 5 yrs now !

Friendly staff, and a decent selection. They have Kleancolor eyeshadows, but, alas, none of their polishes. But I thought the selection overall was fantastic, and the staff who waited on me were knowledgeable and helpful!

Visited the location at Ingram and fell in love. I now do not have to drive to the eastside of town to find good black hair care products. The service was great and the selection was phenomenal. I will definitely be back
