Terrible customer service. I called to see if I could return products that broke my hair off (had to go to a salon and get them to cut my hair to fix the damage done) and they said it was exchangeable so I drove all the way to the store. When I got there she refused to work with me on an exchange because I had no receipt and she couldnt prove I didnt steal the product. If on the phone they said I needed a receipt I wouldnt have wasted my time driving over there. I had only bought the products a week prior and could show her the charges on my chase app and she refused. I even asked if she was willing to check the cameras because I was there literally a week ago and she said she didnt have time. Sadly they have lost a loyal customer.

I have been to several different hair and beauty supply stores in the DFW area but none have had the sheer variety of hair and wigs or the exceptional hospitality demonstrated towards me. Lisa is a godsend; she was very nice and helpful in explaining what to look for in hair and common mistakes made when purchasing hair. She was a hairdresser so she knows her stuff and she will cut your lace front wig for free. She made me feel like they wanted me there and I sincerely appreciated it. Stage wigs, human hair wigs, synthetic wigs: hair for every race, ethnicity, and gender. You should go!

Within 10 minutes of a purchase, I brought it back. The sales lady took it and gently laid it down on a chair. She politely wrapped my new purchase. The owners grands mother stepped over and quickly picked up the jewelry. It came a loose. She accused me of breaking the cheap product. The sales lady rebuked her and told her several times that I did not break it. I have been shopping at that place for years. I could not believe what I heard. I will be finding somewhere else for my purchases.

Got my hair cut here by Jennifer. She did a superb job! I basically just walked in and was still able to get my haircut just in time. I have thick long hair and she was able to thin it out a lot. At one point I had two people blow drying my hair. 5/5!

Great place to go w/ wonderful and enjoyable staff. Very knowledgeable on all products. The store carries a lot of NYX cosmetics. Normally you wouldnt see a beauty supply store like this in Uptown but Im beyond grateful they are here.

Tried on several wigs and purchased one. Decided a couple of hours later that I liked a previous one better. They said they wouldnt exchange them out even though the one I purchased was still unopened in the original package
