I have visited this store every since 1999 after moving here. I have never liked the service but look at the competition its not any better than this store. The owners (Female) .shes RUDE..I believe she thinks EVERYONE STEALS. EVEN if you have own your Active Duty Military Work clothes shes a snake. All the money we have spent in her store we could have gotten together & purchased our own store with BETTER PRODUCTS & SERVICES.. none of the workers are professional Ill bet the only orientation traing they receive is watch out for theives ...when you spend $ & you are a REPEAT CUSTOMER she should know YOU BY NAME... EVEN JCP KNOWS WHO THERE REPEAT CUSTOMERS ARE . if she CARED. Instead shes a fake owner who probably and secretly hates us. shes not keeping up with the times. I was looking for a 360 frontal lace its amazing for patients with cancer it looks REAL. You do have to add hair to it though in the back. YouTube it watch the video ..again great if you have lost ur edges to whatever reason this frontal 360 will give u both confidence & life. I wish I could buy out ALL THESE NON-AMERICAN (KOREANS ).. HAIR STORES Chut them down PUT THERE UNGRATEFUL UNGODLY a$$es OUT OF BUSINESS.. Everything we purchase from her can be ordered off the internet and its BETTER QUALITY without the GAZE OF SOMEONE GAWKING YOU DOWN !!! Annoying can I shop please

My daughter was in the store on the 14th of July,2015. She was bend9ng down to retrieve hair she intended to purchase. The older man stood and watched not offering assistance when she reached the check out counter she asked, Why the man hadnt helped her instead of watching her. The oriental woman made not comments but proceeded to complete the purchase and followed my daughter out into the parking lot. My daughter called me and I could hear their exchange. The woman told my daughter that she didnt have anything to say about her father. The womans husband then told her to come back inside. I couldnt believe she had followed a customer into the parking lot. This could have been a bad situation but the woman had followed my daughter into the parking lot with foolishness. In Texas you dont step up on people with foolishness. My daughter and I have spent lots of money in the shop owned by the previous owner and have never been mistreated. I hope this woman learns some customer service before she closes her store. the store is very un kept and has a junky appearance. This is not the 50s or the 60s and my daughter and I can take our money some place else and be better treated. We are Black people and will not be mistreated. I am an educator and will not tolerate unprofessional behavior.

My mother and I have been shopping here for years, weve never had a bad experience. I like that its quiet, relaxing, and how the workers arent constantly asking if I need any help finding anything. I tend to know what I want and if I cant find it Im very capable of looking around the store to find it myself. Neither I or my mother require fake greetings when we walk in or workers giving us their opinions on how we look. We dont need anyone around telling us what we should want, were capable of making decisions ourselves. If you prefer to be left alone when shopping, or if you dont think "customer service" are people groveling at your feet the moment you walk in, this is the store for you.

I used to go to Daily Beauty Supply on San Pedro because it was closer but their service is horrible so I drove a little farther and checked out this place. I was looking for a wig to wear to a Lady Gaga concert and told the girl exactly what I wanted and she got it right away. It was perfect, just what I had been looking for. I cant believe I didnt want to drive all the way to Walzem - it ended up saving so much time because I got no help at Daily Beauty Supply and wasted more time there looking around. Anyway, everyone was friendly and I would definitely recommend this place.

Just had the most wonderful experience with a very knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, sweet, and funny employee!! Ive never bought/owned a wig before and she was so kind, walked me through the process, gave me a lot of information and suggestions! Though I was way out of my element (and comfort zone because of the lack of knowledge) she made it very easy and fun. She suggested several different ones for me to try on yet not for one second did I feel like I was being "sold to" she was very genuine and had such a lovable personality, wish I could have caught her name!

I used to come to Daisy s a lot for my hair care products because Wal-Mart only has a 2 by 2 size black hair care section and even then hardly any products. The staff at Daisys has always been able to help me find just what I needed and I was always very pleased. All I can say about this store now is "Ms. June , Where are you"? The employees are great but the new owner is very abrasive and rude. I have come in twice since she has taken over and the feel is not the same. Im just trying to get my hair healthy and enjoy the experience but I will not be back.

I shop at this store because I am a stylist and offer extension services. The staff are not very helpful and often when I am in there, treat me poorly. A large majority of their clients are ethnic and I feel that I am looked down upon because I am Caucasian. As a business owner, I would happily accept business from any person no matter what their ethnicity. I think that Daily Beauty Supply should consider some training in customer service. And I will continue to only shop there when I cannot get what I need online.

Racial profiling. I have been there several times and was ok with it but I brought my teenage daughter with me and that man followed us all around the store and I just had to leave. My daughter growing up military brat has never experienced this first hand but now she has. I have been going there after work for the past 3 years but now, I am not. The ladies are ok but the gentleman was very rude and act like it is an inconvenience to help you which lets me know, he is a racist. I will take my 75k per year else where.

On Sept 10, 2016 around 6 something the oriental lady was rude because i ask her did she has any full lace wigs and she said no because if i have to take down and no buy, so i told her out of consideration she should want to be more courtesy to her costumer because of her attitude i wouldnt recommend this place to no one and if she tired like she say she is she need to retired!!! Point blank she should want to help all of her customer with cancer or not just rude!!! My rate toward her is a below 0 average!!!!!!

I would NOT recommend this store. I am 64-years old, and usually there is some type of greeting. The customer service was non-existent. When questions were asked, the questions were not answered.The hair pieces were in disarray. At my age I have shopped in about a hundred beauty supply store. By far, this was the worst I have ever been in.
