Ive purchased items from Net-A-Porter many times in the past and was very pleased with my orders. I recently for the first time had a problem with an order, so I called Customer service and they immediately fixed the problem. Not only do they have great products, but excellent customer service as well!

Never purchase from this company! They sell returned damaded clothes for full price. the custemer service rep. is rude. the return perid is short. If you are looking for brand name items, go to an online store with physical location.
